Cancelled Shows
The 8th season of "The Office" has been officially announced for DVD and Blu-Ray release on September 4, 2012. The DVD, consisting of 5 discs, is priced at $49.98, while the Blu-Ray, consisting of 5 discs as well, is priced at $59.98. A noterable thing to remember is that the BD copy is a Combo-Pack featuring the Blu-Ray versions of the episodes, the regular DVD version (on the back side of the BDs, actually), and UltraViolet digital downloads of all the 8th season episodes. Some of the bonus features are:

Wow, that cover is LOADED with people. I think this is the first time the entire cast made it onto the DVD cover. It really just makes me miss Michael, as I thought this season was kind of just "meh" without him. I also notice that there isn't a gag reel listed in the special features.... say it a'int so! That's one of my favorite parts of the DVD, Michael or no Michael.
