  1. Well I was hoping for that! I mean I personally love timey wimey shenanigans and it's not like Fringe needs to prove itself to new viewers so I like that they are saying screw it.

Also an entire season of pregnant Olivia or baby Etta would have been very dull.

Please let us see Simon again though!

  2. love it. That's just what I wanted

Also I'm glad it seems Georgina Haig (Etta) returns. love her and it would be pretty cool to see 3 generations of Bishops to kick some Observer ass

  3. Interesting, although it's not giving anything really concrete... it's just what Noble wants.

Not gonna lie though, I want want Noble wants! :D

  4. Nothing surprising, but good to see they are giving fans what they wanted!

  5. Call me a sceptic but I think this is just what John wants to see (God knows I respect the man's opinion more than anything in the world though!).

  6. Seems like wishful speculation but I can't really say that I want anything different from what John Noble wants. If we are returning to that timeline, they had better keep the restored brain badass version of Walter.

  7. That's exactly what we all want....at least for me it is! I need there to be a happy ending,i have only said that one other time..oh lord,i can't start thinking about that now...

  8. You know, I was thinking about at the end of the season where September comes to see Walter, Walter has a tone in his voice that is very rarely seen in his character, except for the "restored brain" version. The "who's coming?" line especially. Maybe seeing September in his lab again triggered some emotions.

  9. I like the time jump plan. It allows them to cut out the filler and jump right into the issue.

  10. Oh I so want this!

  12. Jeff Pinkner just left the show,i just submitted the news to Andy.

  13. Wha? Why? That's so strange to bail out now, especially considering how many B.R. projects he has worked on (Lost, Alias, Fringe)...

Maybe they already have a plan and he isn't needed so he just went off to do something else??

  14. That's what i figured,at least he is still showrunner, and didn't walk out completely. Maybe he got another job in BadRobt????

  15. That is VERY bad news. That means we are left with Joel "A Shit Story About Love" Wyman. I've never been more afraid for Fringe...

  16. Why do you think Jeff did all the writing? BTW Ep 5.01 is finished and out,Joel took a picture of it,its on twitter.

  17. No, it was a team effort; but Wyman got the run of the house in A Short Story About Love, and it was one of the worst episodes of the entire series. I'm concerned about what will happen if he has the final twelve episodes of the series entirely in his grasp (think Damon Lindelof).

  18. I personally think that despite who writes the episodes, the arc comes from Abrams. They have to meet HIS standards. I have know fear. I still think the season 4 time line is screwy intentionally and that ASSAL fit in with the "crazy" aspect of the season. You may not have enjoyed the episode, and even though it is not my favorite, to say it was bad, I would disagree,, instead it just went outside the box towards the twilight zone a little bit and I kind of find it curious considering how a lot of other things went.

  19. I think they had the stories for season 5 covered months ago, they probably had the whole storyline planned out,i don't think (hope) it will turn out badly.

If this is true, the 5th season of Fringe is going to be great! I am now hoping that what John Noble said is true. He has be known to leak info about future episode before when everyone else will not say anything

  21. Am I the only one that wanted to see the Observer invasion and this big Amber event?

I'm seriously disappointed they're not going to show that.

  22. Looking forward to the mother/daughter reunion!
