As most of you know we post a weekly Popularity Table for the past 7 days. Now with the 2011/2012 TV Season pretty much over, it's time to post the overall table for 2011/2012. This goes back to Sept 2011 up until Today.
Here is the Top 20 Shows here at SpoilerTV. We've also added the 2010/2011 scores and ranking for comparison.
Note: The Popularity score is based on a calculation of Page Views, Video Plays, Poll Votes, Comments, Google+1's, Facebook Likes and Tweets.
Any surprises?

I'm soooooooooooooooo happy for Castle!!!!!!!! :DDDD
ReplyDeletewhere is Breaking Bad? Are you kidding?
ReplyDeleteThe Vampire Diaries is for desesperates teens, it sucks.
ReplyDeleteWay to go, Castle!
ReplyDeleteInteresting, thanks for posting :)
ReplyDeleteCaskett ftw!! :)
ReplyDeleteNot many people comments, vote, +1 or Facebook Like the articles we post.
ReplyDeleteCastle for the win <3
ReplyDeleteBooyah! Go, Castle!
ReplyDeleteI'm so happy for Castle ^___^
ReplyDeleteI am shocked that The Secret Circle is on that list.
ReplyDeleteCorrect. It doesn't change the fact that it is one of the best TV series ever!
ReplyDeleteWow, I watch 11 of those 20. Great stuff!
ReplyDeleteFringe, The Walking Dead, and Once Upon a Time. All three are on my list of favorites, but I also like Grimm, and am surprised it's not on the list. And The Killing, but there aren't many comments on that lately.
ReplyDeleteyay for Castle!
ReplyDeleteSo not right.
ReplyDeleteThe only surprise on this list is Secret Circle. Has a cancelled show ever made the top 20 before? (Not a final season show like House or one where contract negotiations didn't pan out.)
ReplyDeleteGreat list!
ReplyDeleteWoooow! Secret Circle on the list and still they cancelled the show.... STUPID CW!
ReplyDeleteI think the bulk of it's popularity points came from the "cancellation" announcement :)
ReplyDeleteNow that makes a whole lot of sense. It was a surprise to many of its fans.
ReplyDeleteyay for Castle :) well deserved ;)
ReplyDeleteMany shows were canceled and most of them are not on the list. TSC is very popular but maybe not enough in the USA which is where ratings count.
ReplyDeleteYes, and that is why it's on the list.
ReplyDeleteI am just thrilled to say I love Supernatural and have been watching since 05 ' Pilot!! Yay!! now put it there !!!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat show, but it's not going into the 8th season! Guy on Castle is really talented and I think will last though!
ReplyDeleteYay for Castle! Way to go... :D
ReplyDeleteYAAAAAAAAAY! Castle is on TOP! :D
ReplyDeleteYay for Castle ;-)
ReplyDeleteI am happy for Castle!
ReplyDeleteThough I still think it is kind of weird not seeing Chuck on the list. I believe I'll take a while to get used to it, since it was Chuck that brought me to the online world of spoilers and comments. :)
I hadn't seen that. I believe sometimes we only see what we want (and I certainly didn't even consider the possibility of finding Secret Circle there). Shocked indeed.
ReplyDeleteI would love to see Grimm make the list since I happen to be enjoying the show a lot, but not many people comment on it (unfortunately). Perhaps next season.
ReplyDeleteGrimm took awhile to get good (and at times still has its moments of awful). But the mythology arc is in full swing and will be starting in August so, I think it will be a big deal come the fall because a lot of shows aren't starting until late September or early October, not to mention it's pretty straight forward and not a lot of unexpected twists and turns (the biggest exception being the season finale, which came out of left field).
ReplyDeleteI'm putting it there :) I've been watching since the season 1 finale. Discovered it a little late, but love it so much and never miss an episode.
ReplyDeleteYeah Secret Circle... Wtf, and no Homeland. the best show on Tv last year
ReplyDeleteHopefully the show will get more viewers and more comments.
ReplyDeleteRemember Homeland only had 12 Episodes, a lot less than the bulk of the shows on the Broadcast Networks.
ReplyDeleteAlso remember this is NOT the best list, just the most popular.
Yep, it really relies on people cross posting the links to places such as Facebook/G+ and Tweeter. Not only does it help more people find the articles/videos and polls it also encourages them to comment and hopefully tell their friends as well.
ReplyDeleteIt has a sort of "snowball effect"
#Wow for Fringe ... ranged at my Lucky number ^^!!!
ReplyDelete♥
Grey's Anatomy is the best show ever !!!
ReplyDeleteCastle castle Castle!!!
ReplyDeleteCaskett!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE ALL LOVE YOU!!! Right??? ^^
ReplyDeleteYes! Castle's #1!
ReplyDeletePlus, the more info and articles there are about a show, the more posts it gets on STV for people to comment, like etc. Breaking Bad doesn't get a ton of press in comparison to a lot of other shows.
ReplyDeletelove seeing all my fave shows in the top ten
ReplyDeletewell done vampire diaries, supernatural, fringe and once upon a time.
i love the community and fans here :D
I really hope it does happen for Grimm!
ReplyDeleteA good range of show represented up there. Love a lot of them, not all, so well done!
ReplyDeleteYAaAaaAay Castle IS the best show on T.V , but the Secret Circle should have been on the top 5!!
ReplyDeleteWTF? NCIS 19th?!
ReplyDeleteYessss .... Castle is #1
