TVLine has learned exclusively that Wednesday’s cancellation of Alcatraz has freed Parminder Nagra up to join the USA dramedy’s Season 7 cast as a major new love interest for Dule Hill’s forever bachelor.

    Well, I just found out about the Alcatraz cancellation.  I feel sorry for Hurley :)

    But as a Psych fan, I think it will be nice for Gus to have a new serious love interest.

    I was going to comment on the Alcatraz Cancelled thread that I hope Nagra was going to get another role quickly. I don't watch the show but I'm happy she's been snapped up quick.
