Damn, I really love this show. It is just perfect sometimes.
I'm not looking forward to the whole Tessa's mum storyline coming back into play though. I kind of like that Tessa never seemed interested in meeting her - a child dosen't need two parents to become a happy and well rounded person that doesn't feel like they have some sort of gaping hole in their life.
Tessa getting upset over Dallas wanting Dalia really broke my heart though. I love Tessa and Dallas' relationship.
All I hope for is more Dallas/George next season, and no more Eden. PLLLEEASE.
I can deal with angst. As a Jeremy Sisto/Six Feet Under fan, I WISH there was more angst, but I understand Suburgatory is a sitcom and it's all about laughs.
They had to bring Tessa's mom into the story at some point though. Now I'm curious who the showrunners are going to bring in to play the role in Season Two!
Tessa kinda broke my heart on the drive back... Loved all the Dallas bits (and I'm really glad she finally realisde she actually needs to put some work in her relationship with Dalia) Aw with the whole Shae drama... I;m kinda feeling bad for Ryan. Eden freaking out with Jill and Noah I get.... Eden butting in with George and Tessa... not so much...
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Eden annoys me so freaking much. She interferes in stuff that is none of her business all the time.
ReplyDeleteAww at Dallas wanting George. All the Dallas/George feels. I love that Tessa considers Dallas to be her mom, even if she won't admit it.
And awww at her breaking down over her biological mother. Whoa at the end!
I actually got teary eyed at the end there haha.

Great. And quite moving. Think I teared up twice.
ReplyDeleteAlso, one of the songs from the ep is available for free on the ABC site. I really liked it so I had to look it up.
Ok ep. A little too much angst and not enough laughs for me.
