Amazing in every way, I don't understand how this show even stuggles in the ratings because it is just such a great show that's written so well and has such great actors, I would be incredibly dissapointed if it doesn't get renewed next year.
Really sweet with Ben/Leslie. Loved Andy's line about "You did the right thing by hiding under this table." Curious to see (if NBC is nice enough) how Andy does at seeking out to be a policeman. Also ... hurray for Leslie on winning! Thought it was hilarious when Paul Rudd said he was relieved.
And the best line has to be the last one ... by Ron f***ing Swanson: "Jerry forgot to vote."
oh it was great, the whole dynamic of the show could change now.. So i cant wait to see what happens in season 5.. I hope Leslie goes back to the empty lot.. which was once a pit and turns it into a park as she wanted.
Hilariously funny ep that somehow managed to bring a tear with Leslie's speech to her friends... It's truly a shame that this show is always "on the bubble", as this show rarely ever has a weak episode, and to be considered marginal and in the same boat as Whitney.... that's a true travesty.... fingers are crossed
I agree that I'd love to somehow keep Paul Rudd around... I was thinking that it'd be a hoot in any scene that they could put the Bobby and Andy characters together.... perhaps in a gameshow... lol
Loved the 'City Council Bitches!' line, the whole ep was great, really leaves it in a nice place for the summer, can't wait to see where they go next season... which they better get!
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
I absolutely loved it! I literally squealed when it was revealed Leslie won. And aww at Ben and Leslie going at it all over Washington.
ReplyDeleteYou better renew this show, NBC!

ReplyDeleteSeriously, no other show makes me cheer and yell like P&R does. NBC pleeeaase don't cancel the show!

ReplyDeleteOh wow, her acceptance speech. Beautiful, and heartfelt. And I hope there's a way to keep Paul Rudd around. He plays stupid so well.
