That renewal was expected (it is quite compatible with The Office, it pulls decent numbers every week, and most importantly it's one of the best comedies on the air), but it's nice that it's finally official.
As of now, NBC has ordered only 13 episodes, but Alan Sepinwall reported (http://www.hitfix.com/blogs/whats-alan-watching/posts/nbc-renews-parks-and-recreation-for-season-5 ) that it's very likely Parks & Rec will return this September, meaning that a back 9 (or back 11) is definitely an option ! I hope Community returns this fall as well, it could benefit from an extension as well. So now, we know what we go to do, which is hope that every single new NBC sitcom will flop in order to get full seasons of Community and Parks & Rec :D.
I too am hoping Community and Parks & Rec are back in the fall, and all the other NBC sitcom/comedies fail miserably so a back 9 can be ordered for the two best comedies out there!
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
YES GOOD
