  1. Question: Are the Bones producers approaching the upcoming eighth season as the show’s last? —Robert

Ausiello: Hell no. “I could see Season 9 or 10 being
the last,” says series creator Hart Hanson. “But definitely not [Season
8]. Post Booth and Brennan being together, there’s a good three seasons
    [of story] left.”

Hanson had better check those ratings.  If they stay as low as they have been since the move to Monday, there's no way Bones makes it through 10 seasons.

  2.  And again you beat me to it! I was going to say the same thing! Oh well.:)

  3. So,Jeremy(a teenager) will seek retribution from Rebekah(1000 year old Original)...Naturally!

  4. William Shatner on Grimm :-0 ? I just can't see it. (Or maybe I don't want to).

Bennet Ahmed comes back on The Killing!! Hale and hearty, I hope. Or at least I hope he can play with his new baby daughter.

  5.  In all fairness, Jeremy has never been that smart and he's done his fair share of drugs.

  6. Hart is the creator of the show. Do you really think he would talk about a 9th season publicly if he hasn't approached the subject with the big heads at FOX? I don't think so...
Bones has been the first drama this year that has been renewed. Just sayin'. As long as FOX keep having faith in the show, that's all that matters.

  7. Valid point!
I just hope the writers will make clear how monumentally stupid this decision will be and don't follow their favorite route:we make our characters do things they shouldn't be able to do in order to make them look good.

  8. "Do you really think he would talk about a 9th season publicly if he hasn't approached the subject with the big heads at FOX?"

He said the show has three more seasons of stories they could potentially tell.  Nothing he said points to the likelihood of FOX picking up future seasons of the show.

  9.  If they want to make Jeremy look good, sending him after an Original isn't the way to do it.  If they want to improve his image they should get rid of the chip on his shoulder and stop him from whining so damn much.

  10. Well, yeah. No one can possibly predict the future of a tv show that far. I just meant that a lot could happen next year. Like you said, since the move to mondays, the ratings dropped. But then again, they made that change right before the end of the spring hiatus so I'm not certain they're going to keep it that way. Bones has been dragged to many different time slots and days since its creation but hey, still alive!
I just think you don't need to give it the thumbs down so soon. But maybe I'm just an optimistic :)

  11.  Bones will still be on Monday nights at 8pm this fall.  FOX announced it at their upfront presentation last week.

  12. I know about the upfront. If you haven't noticed yet, I'm kinda one of those obsessed crazy fans! I'm aware that Bones will still be on mondays when it'll come back. But after the first hiatus, not so sure.

  13. Yeah, I bet
it will be hard for Matt and Jeremy to deal with Elenas new life. Especially Matt,
since he was driving. Jeremy will probably hate vampires more than ever and
Becca is on top of his list. Get in the line, honey. Klaus and both Salvatore
brothers all want a piece of her. Oh, and Matt, and Bonnie too. Caroline? Maybe.
Sure, she'll be p.o. but she of all knows best, that Elena (even if she is a
vampire and she never wanted to be) can still have a normal life, like her. She
is going to school, spending time with her mother and her friends, …

    Guess,
Damon could make Matt and Jeremy forget it, if Elena would ask him to. Change the
memory and make them believe, she was alone in the car. Maybe she will do it. Matt
and Jeremy have been thru enough and I believe, Elena wouldn't want them to
carry this burden. If she isn't holding any grudges against them (I doubt she
would) and she sees, how desperate they are about her turning, she may do
something. At least offer them the opportunity to forget it. I would. I just
    doubt they'll accept.

  14.  Oh, I gotcha.  Well, in an effort to support your unwavering optimism, I'll say that FOX is in for an awful fall season.  Their schedule is very weak and their new shows will most likely bomb.  FOX's impending misfortune is a good thing for Bones and its potential to eventually move out of its Monday death slot.

  15. Jeremy is
not stupid. He is just not thinking things thru. He is following his instincts.
In this case: Seeking revenge for his sister.

    If Jeremy
wants a piece of Becca he has to wait in line and pick a number. Klaus, the
Salvatores, Elenas friends, … They all want get their hands on Becca.

    ReplyDelete
  16. It doesn't matter
if Jeremy goes after Becca or not. He'll never get to her. Not until Klaus and
the brothers get her first. Than Jer can have, what they leave behind. Guess, it
    won't be much.

    ReplyDelete
  17. "Jeremy is not stupid. He is just not thinking things thru."

That doesn't exactly support the idea that Jeremy isn't that bright.

"If Jeremy wants a piece of Becca he has to wait in line and pick a number. Klaus, the Salvatores, Elenas friends, … They all want get their hands on Becca."

Good.  Let all of those other people go after Rebekah instead.  Jeremy doesn't need to get his dumb ass killed going after Rebekah.  Every time he dies, it brings him one step closer to going nuts like Alaric did.

    ReplyDelete
  18. I think, if
they want to make him look good, they can start with him accepting what happened
to Elena. Help her deal with it.

    Of course
he is whining. He is 16 years old and in the last 2 years he lost everyone he
had. Instead of partys and girls his life is all about killing vampires and
    hybrids.

  19. Being stupid and not thinking something thru are two different things. I see it that way:

Being stupid means not thinking at all. It means, that you want or try to do something and you have no idea, what you want to achieve or how. You don't understand that there could be consequences.

Not thinking something thru means to me, that you know what you want and how you gonna get it (do it). You know that there could be consequences, you just don't care about it. Living by the philosophy: If it happens, you'll somehow deal with it.

But that's just how I see it.

But I agree, that going after a 1000 years old original as a mortal teen is a stupid thing to do. No matter how stupid or smart the kid is. Messing with originals is stupid.

  20. My comment is for TVD news:
    *Poor Matt.
*YEEESSSSS!!I hope Jeremy kills Rebekah!Enough with her and the rest of the Originals!!Except for Kol!;))

  21. OMG, Beth Behrs looks very different without the make up. I like her better with the hair and make up from the show.

I am looking forward to Grimm's second season.

    ReplyDelete
  22. He'll never get to her. Not until Klaus and the brothers get her first.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Sigh... wouldnt it be Just awesome to have Bones for 3 more seasons? No matter how weak the show goes, I could Never stop watching it with the same passion I've had since season 1. The characters man, Damn!
