  1. This is stupid as hell. Even if he has legal grounds to do this, it feels very douchey. As far as I know, he has absolutely no hand in the rebooted series. Why should he get a dime for something he's not even contributing to?

  2. Whatever.  He'll just end up settling out of court for some of Kamekona's garlic shrimp.

  4. why does it take 2 years for him to come forward with this? Since the show is a hit now and has syndication deals, he thinks he can make money from it...

  5. Why are there now Hawaiians in the show? Anyways the original series was MUCH better than this remake which consists of the male lead running around shirtless on the beach half the time...yawn...

  6. There are Hawaiians on the show...

And the lead character does not run around shirtless on the beach half the time.

  7.  And why does your comment have nothing to do with the lawsuit matter?

I would think the agent should be dealing with the estate, not the show or the network.  Everything is done in good faith and the estate is paid.  The agent should get from the estate.   Ah well

  11. I think it's just an excuse to get money after 40 years since Rose Freeman passed away over a month ago

  12.  Once again as I said before there has been a lot of regulars on teh show that guest star are Hawaiians.  For example Taylor Wily (Kamekona), the guy who plays Duke, Teilor Grubbs (Grace) a lot of others I can name...

  13.  Its okay! :) Its just sometimes its hard understanding someone by their words, you can't hear the way it should be taken. That is the one draw back with just having the printed word. What i do,or try to do is put a smiley face at the end, this way hopefully the person on the other end will at least know i'm friendly and not totally annoyed at them. :)
