Wade told Zoe she is selfish and snobbish but did he realized that he was just once or twice nice to her? After she told him she likes him he laught her down so why should she be nice to him
He's nice to her almost every episode. When he's not, he's transparent and facetious. He's been well and truly mean to her for the first real time in the last two weeks, and she's deserved it both times. This whole "pursue George in the middle of his wedding plans/break-up" thing has been more than a little shitty of her.
Exactly! I don't understand the hysteria over Wade anyway, he's either getting drunk or chasing every skirt he sees like some desperate rude idiot or insulting Zoe all the time, why should she choose him, he will only break her heart!
Oh and EVERYONE was horrible to her in this episode, d@mn dramatic license.!
Well, to be fair, he was mean over the "I bet agaist you and Judson" thing also, but other than that I couldn't agree more with you! He's never serious or truly genuine about his teasing, and it shows, whereas most of everything that she directs towards him is insulting and demeaning and she believes it.
Really, really hope they bring this show back for a second season - it's been getting better all season, and I think it has potential to be another long-running series for CW if they would only let it grow. My only gripe with this episode is I thought it was silly that they had Zoe mistake Rose's appendicitis for love sickness - kind of far fetched and ridiculous if you ask me, but other than that great episode.
I really thought having Zoe's father come back to Bluebell was a good development, and Zoe deciding to take the fellowship without telling anyone is definitely prove she's not ready for the responsibility. Also, I loved the song that they used when Wade apologizes to Lavon and then learns of Zoe's departure, I looked it up and I guess it's a band called The Orbans and that song "When We Were Wild" has been in my head all week. Can't wait to see what's in store for this next episode!
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
