Since I could find no poll about this episode, I want to say that while I've thought all episodes have consistently been "Awesome" on your scale, this one was only "Good." The first half felt a little off, a bit clunky to me---I don't think Lena (or Hannah) would have parents who actually expect her to watch a video with them and not text. That's just not gonna happen. But the last half was "Awesome." And then I noticed in the credits, for the first time, "Co-written by Lena Dunham and Judd Apatow"---and it all made sense. Love Judd, but LENA: PLEASE, GIRL, DON'T COLLABORATE WITH AN OLDER MAN WHO HAS NO FIRSTHAND EXPERIENCE OF THIS LIFE YOU'RE SO PERFECTLY DEPICTING. Just sayin'. ;)
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
