I like this schedule, tbh.
ReplyDeleteIt's the schedule so far that makes the most sense.
ReplyDeletePretty good schedule. Still frustrated by Private practice being on Tuesday because I have a hard time remembering it there.
ReplyDeleteA few surprises, but a lot's predictable too. I can't say this is a bad schedule. It definitely seems to be fairly practical. I kinda dig the choice to put Revenge on Sunday's @ 9 in the DH slot. We'll see if this works out for ABC.
ReplyDeletePheeewww... Castle stays on mondays. I read they were gonna sent Castle to thursdays 8 pm, and put Nashville on mondays after DWTS. Revenge moving to sundays was a no-brainer I guess.
ReplyDeleteGreat schedule. I got one major complaint though :
ReplyDeleteLast Resort on Thursdays at 8 ? Screw you, ABC. That's one their doomed time slots. I hope Shawn Ryan's show will break the curse but I don't have my hopes up, sadly. Then, Revenge did break the curse of the Wednesday 9pm, so a miracle could happen. But with Grey's Anatomy right after, uh... It seems like Last Resort and that show could not have more incompatible audiences !
On the other hand, OUAT + Revenge + 666 seems on Sundays like great scheduling. Hopefully Revenge will maintain its numbers, this kind of shows tend to fade as time goes by but with OUAT's support and a well-exposed time slot, the numbers on the demo could go slightly up (from 2.2 to 2.5/2.6).
The Neighbors, featuring a family moving to a neighborhood full of undercover aliens, could be either original and funny or the dumbest show on earth, I'll have to see a trailer before I can have a first opinion on it but at least it's got what it takes to succeed : the post Modern Family slot. But given the premise, I see it tank.
I'm glad bubble shows like Happy Endings and Apartment 23 get a great opportunity to reach a wider audience with the post DWTS time slot, and I think those two comedies will be compatible, Apartment 23 will retain most of Happy Endings' audience I think.
But what will I have to watch on wednesdays now? XD Revenge on saturday after OUAT? Well, ok, I can live with that as well *g*
ReplyDeleteWhen is Zero Hour on? I can't see it on the list
ReplyDeleteI do think you meant to say Sunday not Saturday? :)
ReplyDeleteVery smart to have Revenge on after Once Upon a Time. The only ABC shows I watch back to back Is
ReplyDeletegreat.I really wish Last resort was on diferent night. My primary Intrest In show Is cahnce to see Dichen Lachman regulary on TV show after DollHouse was canned. But,It will likely be going against The Vampire Diaires.
ABC trying to go head to head with NBC from 8-9 with the comedies
ReplyDeleteLast Man Standing & Malibu Country vs Whitney & Community
I wonder where Zero Hour is? Anybody know?
ReplyDeleteThen it's very possible they decided to pass on it, or it will be a Summer 2013 show.
ReplyDeleteYay!!! Castle Monday lives on!!! But where is Body of Proof?
ReplyDeleteI think ABC should have put 666 Park Ave. at 9pm and REVENGE at 10pm on Sundays. It'd make more sense given that 666 is a supernatural show so might be good at picking up ONCE's audience.
ReplyDeleteBut I agree with what most of you said, this is the best looking schedule out of the three that have been released so far.
Wheres Mistresses?
ReplyDeletei have a quastion, wich one is better , 666 park avenue or last resort?
castle Monday, that I'm happy
ReplyDeleteI'm glad that ABC is trying to do TGIF again, since I loved TGIF back in the day. Since I stopped watching Vampire Diaries, I haven't had anything I wanted to watch during that time. I'll be watching Last Man Standing now, and checking out Malibu Country. ABC's schedule, while not perfect (ie. Revenge pairing with Once Upon A Time?), is still the most sensible schedule so far.
ReplyDeleteDoes this mean ONCE won't be premiering until November?? I really hope I'm just reading that wrong... That's even longer than the season 1 October 23rd premiere...
ReplyDeleteThank god castle is still in monday.
ReplyDeletePretty good 9-10 block on Tuesdays.
ReplyDeleteI like it.
Happy Endings and Don’t Trust together makes a lot of sense
ReplyDeleteI Like the schedule although I don't know if Revenge on Sunday is a good fit. It will have a good lead in so we will see.
ReplyDeleteYep. Been saying Happy Endings would pair wonderfully with Apt 23. And they get a nice lead-in too.
ReplyDeleteThis schedule actually makes some sense... and I hope Happy Endings does better in its Tuesday slot!
ReplyDeleteWhere is body of proof in here?
ReplyDeleteIts returning mid-season instead.
ReplyDeleteMeaning that the show will be back until January???
ReplyDeletePP also got a 13 episode order... PP's coming back in September right? Or do i have to wail until january too???
No, I think it's September.
ReplyDeleteWhoa! I'm surprised they paired up their comedies EXACTLY as I was expecting them to....
ReplyDeletePrivate Practice will go from september till january then Body of Proof will take Private Practice's place when their season is over.
ReplyDeleteWow, Revenge right after OUAT? My Sunday nights are going to get so much better. Love both of them.
ReplyDeleteAgree about being happy ABC is restarting TGIF again. Although, I can't bring myself to watch an episode of Last Man Standing. Malibu Country we will see, but at least ABC is trying.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I definitely get what you are saying. But I guess ABC still doesn't know how 666 Park Avenue will do and they really want to give Revenge a strong lead-in since they are moving it away from Wednesdays.
ReplyDeleteBOP??? I am assuming if a drama fails which it always does that BOP will fill in that slot.
ReplyDeleteYeah. Although weak, I appreciate the ABC's effort. ;)
