  1. As I figure you'll be interested to know, there was a group of seven shows which just missed out on a place in the competition.

    They were:
    1. New Girl
    2. True Blood
    3. Parks & Recreation
    4. Leverage
    5. Gossip Girl
    6. Psych
    7. Justified

Any of those shows needed only 1-5 more nominations to have made the competition!

  5. Some good shows but we all know who is going to win, which kills the fun of having this competition....

  9. I am glad to see that:

    1. Castle
    2. Chuck
    3. Community
    4. Dr. who
    5. Fringe
    6. Game of Thrones
    7. Grimm (yes, I like Grimm)
    8. Homeland
    9. One Upon a Time

made it. But that's it. I don't remember who won the polls in the past couple of years, but I am assuming it was Supernatural or something vampire-y.

  10. Oh no, I weep for Psych and PnR. (not actually weeping, but you get the point)

  11. It does kind of spoil it. I've lost the interest in voting.

  16. Just as I thought. The poll should be called "Show with the most rabid fanbase 2012", hehe.

  17. Aw man.  I love Leverage.  Cannot wait until it starts again this summer.  Oh well.  Here's hoping Parker, Hardison, or Eliot gets into the character contest.

  18. Many of the shows I watch are in here but only a couple that I really adore.  Voting should be easy this time since I don't have to worry about Leverage, White Collar, or Burn Notice going up against another show I love.  Such a shame but no hair pulling for me.  In a ridiculously early prediction, I say Fringe wins it all this time.  I don't think a finished TV show can take the title.

  19. laura3341 I would not be quite so sure. Supernatural has dropped to 5th Place this year in the most popular shows at SpoilerTV

Maybe time for a new winner to emerge.

  20. Only finished shows will be announced tomorrow.  I thought both Spartacus and The Borgias aired episodes this TV season.

  22.  Yep i checked it out,but i don't know the SPN fans come out of the woodwork when there is a poll,or competition even though many feel this wasn't there best season, I hope we do have another show that comes out ahead,it will be a welcome change.

  23.   Now i'm not sure but i thought it was all shows that aired this season?

  25. Shows I watch faithfully that are on the list:

    Community
    Fringe
    The Good Wife
    The Walking Dead

Shows that I've just really gotten into recently and are in the process of catching up:

    Breaking Bad
    Grimm
    Once Upon a Time
    Person of Interest
    Sherlock

Shows I love that didn't make it:

Parks and Rec (too bad. It only needed a few votes)
    The Killing
    American Horror Story
    Treme

All in all, I'm very happy.

  26. I love Justified and wished that it had made the list. It is such an awesome show. So many fantastic actors that deserves to be on the top of any list.

Game of Thrones is my other favorite. I hope it makes in to the top 5.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Two of my favorite shows. I wish more people would watch these two awesome shows.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Let´s do our very best to vote on all the other great shows. I´m with you, I want another show to win.

    ReplyDelete
  29.  Yes,i hope everyone does!

    ReplyDelete
  30. Justified deserves to be near or at the top of any "best" list while it has been on the air!

Truly one of the best shows on TV.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Not bad.... not bad at all... Some shows which I do love are not on there (Poor Leverage) but most of the ones I do and think deserve to be in the competition have absolutelly made it, and the ones that do NOT belong to even be in the running (*cough*GossipGirl*cough*)!

(also YAY for HoD!!! I honestly didn't think it would make it!)

    ReplyDelete
  32. Yes it is. All the actors are so good. The dialog is so well written. I always turn the volume up when I watch Justified, because I want to hear every single word they say. Boyds monologs always amazes me.

Such a shame that people are missing out on this show.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Where is Justified? This season was awesome!

    O.o

    ReplyDelete
  34. We're trying to work something out.

    ReplyDelete
  35. yep and it will be Fringe :)

    ReplyDelete
  36. It was. But Fringe gave them the run of their life. Last year was my first year participating and it was awesome. Rally all your friends to vote for their shows, post it any and everywhere.

    ReplyDelete
  37. I would have loved if Fringe had won.

    ReplyDelete
  38.  Not Psych!! Aw well, it wouldn't have made my top 5 of the list regardless. Dule Hill needs an emmy.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Game of Thrones, Supernatural, Doctor Who, and Breaking Bad... I don't know what I want to lose to LOST!!!!

So I love the show and I'm really happy about it but I'm actually really surprised Hart of Dixie made it, especially considering the seven shows that just barely missed it. I am sad Leverage and also White Collar didn't make it though. Should be an interesting competition! =]
