I wonder how it will be without Alan Ball at the helm... could be good as the cast could use some trimming or something as it's gotten almost too big. Not that psyched with Tara coming back, but hopefully she'll have a different personality or something as I had gotten tired of the old Tara, but I'm looking forward to the return.
Also, it'd be really lame if Tara where a ghost anyway. It'd make the show lame and mediocre. Death would have no weight anymore because if someone died, Lafayette would just be able to see and talk to them as a ghost. You wouldn't care anymore if someone died, you know? Because it wouldn't matter.
I am pretty excited if that's the case. I feel like she's written in an interesting way opposite of Sookie...I have never hated her like some fans do...I would like to see her come into her own in some way...and this is really a great catalyst to explore Pam's character a little better!
Yeah, that's the only reason it wouldn't be Debbie. It would be foolish to bury her in her own front yard lol. But it HAS to be Bill or Eric to turn Tara.
Sookie and Lafayette are most likely burying Tara. I doubt Tara is changed by Pam, because Pam will be in Shreveport, so wouldn't get there fast enough to change her. If you cast your mind back to the last episode of season four, Sookie has JUST left Eric and Bill and gone home. Also, both Bill and Eric have swapped blood with Sookie, so they can still feel her emotions. They most likely felt her emotions when she found Tara and came over to see if she's okay. They'll see Tara dying and they'll change her for Sookie's benifit. Sookie would probably call Lafayette and tell him what happened, he'd come over and then, whilst Eric and Bill dispose of Debbie Pelt's body, Lafayette and Sookie bury Tara so she can transition. Personally, I'm glad that Tara's coming back, her and Lafayette together are funny. I love her attitude!
Eric is kissing Nora, she was made vampire by Godric. If you notice the background, it looks like an explosion. My theory is that they planned to cause the explosion. Once their plan succeeds, they kiss in celebration. Whatever the reason for those two kissing, I hate her. -_-
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Waiting sucks...
ReplyDeleteCONFIRMATION!!!! TARA IS TURNING!!! :D
ReplyDeleteJune get here quickly!
ReplyDeleteI'm actually looking forward to every storyline this season. This promo gives me so much to look forward to.
ReplyDeleteWas that the Chris Meloni character speaking through this? In any case, it looks fine. Still not as excited as I used to get over the return of TB.
ReplyDeleteWoow can't wait.
ReplyDeleteI was shocked by what they did to Tara last season, but I wasn't too broken up to see her go. I guess I'll have to get used to her sticking around!
ReplyDeleteI'm just as excited if not more.
ReplyDeleteLooks good, curious to see how the season will shape up.
ReplyDeleteAs a ghost or vampire?

ReplyDeleteVAMPIRE, DUH!!! lol The first frame of the promo is Sookie and Lafayette digging a grave/hole outside of her house at night.
ReplyDeleteHe's not leaving until the season the end of this season. So we won't see any effect until season 6.

ReplyDeleteOr she could be just burying Debbie's body instead.... Hmmm....
ReplyDeletewas that eric kissing jessica?
ReplyDeleteGreat. More of Sookie's obnoxious screaming -.-
ReplyDeleteYup me too.
ReplyDeleteI believe the girl is ehem...his "sister".
ReplyDeleteI am pretty excited if that's the case. I feel like she's written in an interesting way opposite of Sookie...I have never hated her like some fans do...I would like to see her come into her own in some way...and this is really a great catalyst to explore Pam's character a little better!
ReplyDeleteIt makes no sense if Sookie is burying Debbie - who she killed - in her own front yard! No one is that stupid surely!
ReplyDeleteIt must be she and Lafayette are burying Tara and whoever turned her - hopefully Pam!
I agree, although I don't understand why everyone keeps thinking Pam is going to be the one to turn her.
ReplyDeleteWell, like, Vampire sister. No actual relation.
ReplyDeleteYeah, that's the only reason it wouldn't be Debbie. It would be foolish to bury her in her own front yard lol. But it HAS to be Bill or Eric to turn Tara.
ReplyDeleteI would think it would be Eric...
ReplyDeleteLOL! I actually really love her scream. It reminds me of actresses from the 50's.
ReplyDeleteOr she could do everybody a big favor and simply not show up for this season.
ReplyDeleteThat wouldn't be a favor to everyone...
