    Damn...he misunderstands, gets pissed off at her, and because he's under suspicion of murder surveillance thinks he might assault his fiancee and arrests him. Now THAT is some bad luck. It's going to come out in his murder trial, that's for sure. The fact that he was drunk isn't going to help either.

    Daniel is making it WAY too easy to convict him.

    How would you feel if your fiance was all close and personal with a guy who had feelings with her? Yeah obviously Daniel was going to flip out, it was only to show how much he was hurt by what she's done, slipping out in middle the night, and all that. Human instinct what Daniel did.
