Here's a description of how Shane dies.
"Lori starts a dramatic war in Episode 2.09 where she tries to convince Rick to kill Shane. Rick thinks about it but shrugs it off. After Lori sees that Rick is still not acting, she has a talk with Shane and puts into his head that if Rick wasn't around they would still be together. This makes Shane change AGAIN, (he had finally made peace and Lori fucks him up again). Lori warns Rick that Shane will probably attempt to kill him, Rick denies it and says they've made peace. Anyway Shane decides to kill Rick and lures him into the forest chasing after Randall. Of course Rick isn't stupid he realizes nothing is adding up and tries to give Shane a chance to abandon his plans. Believe it or not Rick loves Shane like a brother, anyway he finally calls Shane on it and says he knows what he's trying to do.
So it starts with Rick standing off with Shane, they're kinda on plain land I guess outside the barn (I mean far from it, like just outside a forest, and it's moonlight). Rick says something like "so this is where you planned to do it".
Shane says something I can't quite make out, I think he was acting oblivious and playing stupid because Rick says something like "at least have the balls to call this what it is....murder" so I can assume that Shane was playing dumb.
Rick circles Shane talking about how you think if you go back to the farm alone they'll believe whatever fucking story you cooked up (not exact quote, cept the fucking part) and Shane tells him to hush up and the group will believe him.
Rick doesn't buy a word that Shane says.
Shane finally admits "it ain't goin to be easy, but Lori and Carl will get over you" and you can tell by the look on Rick's face that he's starting to lose his patience. Shane adds "they done it before, they just gone have to" and pulls out his gun to aim at Rick's face. Rick asks why? Why now? He then says "I thought we tried to work this out". Shane laughs and says "we tried to kill each other!" (referring to the fight in 18 Miles Out) with his gun still on Rick.
Shane continues to mock by saying "ya think we're just gonna forget about it and run into the sunset together?" Rick asks him "are you gonna kill me in cold blood? Screw my wife? Have my children... my children! Call you daddy? Is that what you want?"
He says something else that I couldn't make out, and Shane replies something like asking him what does he know what to live for or something? I'm sorry I couldn't hear it though I could be wrong.
Shane talks about how Rick has no idea what he had to, and still has to live with. Shane dares Rick to raise his gun, but Rick refuses. Shane taunts him by saying "what happened Rick, I thought you said you weren't the good guy anymore?" He continues to mock, saying that he's a better father than Rick and that he's better for Lori than Rick because he's a better man than Rick and he'll actually fight for Lori (the stuff that Rick basically told him in '18 Miles Out' Shane is twisting his words against him, and this pisses off Rick.)
Shane says that Rick came back and destroyed everything. Pause. He continues by saying Rick has a broken wife and a weak boy. He also adds that Rick doesn't even know how to fix it, he then pushes his gun closer to Rick and tells him to raise his gun.
Rick asks something like you gonna shoot an unarmed man? Pause. Rick slowly goes for his gun and then pulls it out as if to drop it. Shane keeps his gun trained Rick. Rick tries to negotiate saying "there's a way back from this, nothing happened here, we gonna lay down our guns and walk back to the farm."
Shane looks conflicted, not knowing that Rick has drawn his knife (the one you see him use in '18 Miles Out'), finally when Shane doesn't expect it, Rick lunges his knife into Shane's chest.
Even worse HERE'S A BIG SPOILER.
SHANE COMES BACK TO LIFE AS A ZOMBIE! - Carl shoots him, the whole thing is pretty fucked up but I won't give too much away .
All this causes Rick to slowly change into a 'Shane' if you will. Believe me the show is going somewhere so crazy that Shane's death will not even be a burden, he served his purpose by helping Rick's character transform.''

Something like 15 paragraphs in and THEN the author writes "...but I won't give too much away"? XD
ReplyDeleteI think that ship sailed a few paragraphs earlier....
"I won't give too much away." What! Haven't you give "mostly" all way, then why stop now. Come on! Well, can't wait to see it all unfold as for Carl shooting a zombie, I think it's much more milder event than what he did in the comic book, which started his transformation.
ReplyDeleteAs for the Rick being like Shane or causing him to be like Shame as said above, for people who are afraid of that, I don't think Rick will be exactly like Shame, whereas Rick's character will be a cautious and calculating person.
Why is this person leaking all this info? Is it the same person? And can they stop?
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry, but this site is called SPOILER TV!! Why are you reading it if you don't want to know. Here's how to make it stop. . . . DON'T LOOK! It's your choice to read it. Shut if off, turn away.
DeleteDo I need to even watch the episode now?
ReplyDeleteThis just sounds really lame. And totally out of step with good character development.
ReplyDeleteThis is getting to be a little to much don't you think?
ReplyDeleteYes. I'm not sure I like the direction this show is taking.
ReplyDeleteI hear ya! Between the show itself and all of the sneak peeks, spoilers, promos and articles on TWD i think i'm starting to burn out.Its too bad,i didn't see S1 while it was on so i made sure i caught up before S2 started. Now i feel like i am being bombarded daily with this stuff,i think i will just DVR the rest of the season, not read everything and catch up at a later date....And besides my husband doesn't like this show,so i watch when is isn't home.
ReplyDelete"Why is this person leaking all this info? Is it the same person? And can they stop?"
ReplyDeleteumm your on a spoiler site... on an article titled major spoilers dumbas*
You're on a website called spoilertv.com. The author wrote MAJOR SPOILERS in the subject line. What part of "spoiler" do you not understand?
ReplyDeleteugh, Lori. You want Shane dead, do it yourself. Manipulating them both is such a bitch move.
ReplyDeleteThe direction its taking is back towards the comics! In the comic, Rick makes tv Shane look like a pussy...he is badass! If killing Shane sets him on that path, then the series is gonna be epic. Im GUTTED to lose Shane though, what a great character, who hasnt strictly done anything wrong. In his shoes, Id more than likely make the same choices.
ReplyDeleteGonna miss Jon Bernthal. What a great actor
Big mistake killing Shane. He and Daryl are the only two halfway interesting characters this show has to offer. I can only hope Lori dies a horrible and painful death. She's going to be responsible for Shane's death because she's trying to make everything that happened between them his fault. Takes two to tango, sister.
ReplyDeletebut it's easy to find interviews elsewhere and anyone on this site is accepting a risk of finding major spoilers even in the comments or articles not titled MAJOR
ReplyDeleteJust because the site is called SpoilerTV does not mean its all spoilers, and there are so many interviews, sneak peeks and what not on this show lately that has NOT HAVE MAJOR SPOILER,or spoiler for that matter as a warning and it has still turned out to give so much info its still turning into spoilers...
ReplyDeleteI think KLUTZY_GIRL understands very well..certainly more than you considering you just started posting..Next time you might want to want to be more careful with your wording..........
Then don't read it! If you see it coming up to some major spoilers, hit the BACK button. Yes, it's called Spoiler TV because it's giving away the information. That is PRECISELY what this site is supposed to do. You can read interviews and sneak peeks at AMC's website if that's all you are looking for.
DeleteGuess we can see him in L. A. Noir, which sounds like a good show.
ReplyDeleteBoy things are going pear shaped fast!
ReplyDeleteYes i have been here long enough to know that, but you haven't been here long enough to know what we are saying. Some of these articles, and interviews do not contain spoilers. They do talk about the episodes and series itself, without going into spoilers. In the last few weeks there could be up to 8 to 12 promos, previews, interviews with cast and crew.etc,etc...Someone who obviously works there is leaking info out.We didn't have this problem during S1.but it is happening now with S2.A lot of people who watch the show want to be able to actually watch the show without knowing everything about it 4 days in advance. As i said this hasn't happened to this extent in the past. Hope you understand a little better. ....And btw your comment was stated a lot nicer than rltw. The way she wrote it was uncalled for,and not necessary.Funny all her likes are from guests, except yours. For the people who have been here we would never like something like that it wasn't cool
ReplyDeleteI have never posted a comment before but I have used this site for a long time not sure about other posters but I don't mean to sound rude or offensive
ReplyDeleteThe only reason i brought up being new is that after awhile you get to know a person, even by the way she or he writes,so i knew what Klutzy_girl means/meant.There have been many new people coming to this sight in the last few weeks. This all started because of the way the rltwz worded her comment,it wasn't necessary to be sarcastic, that to tell you the truth pissed me off.It sort of reminded me of other sites that love to do that sort of thing..Anyway if i offended you i apologize, maybe i could have said it a little better then i did. Your going to laugh at this but we all love spoilers, just not having them rammed down our throats! Sometimes to much is too much! :)
ReplyDeleteI get what you mean. It's not necessarily about the episodes being ruined for us by reading this info, it's that someone who works on the show is untrustworthy, has no integrity for the writers/producers/the show itself by leaking this information, and thus needs to be fired.
ReplyDeleteI propose an epic idea as to which way this series should go: Everyone gets killed off except Daryl and Glenn, so that they can become the Batman and Robin of the undead world. In the style of Adam West's 60's Batman of course ;). Why am I not a writer for this show?
ReplyDeleteok sorry I get what your saying I think lori manipulates shane shane rick fight rick wins zombie shane would have been enough spoilers without a minute by minute whole episode run down
ReplyDeleteNo worries.it happens when people are trying to explain without hearing the words. One doesn't know how to interpret the meaning. :)
ReplyDeleteIf this is true, when do we have the scene from the season trailer which shows Shane in a town running away from a horde of zombies carrying a dufflebag and shooting at the zombies with a shotgun? Or did I miss it from a previous episode?
ReplyDeleteIt was in 18 miles out, when shane was running before he ran into the bus
Deleteto much spoilers kill spoilers!!!
ReplyDeletebecause they cancelled that its never going to air
ReplyDeleteYou might be thinking of Save The Last One.
ReplyDeleteSorry, but like in the comics, it is Carl's job to kill Shane. Not that the TV series is following the book directly.
ReplyDeletei have to i rather wait and till next sunday for obvious reasons and if this so call spoiler is right then that means i wasted about 3 minutes on this site
ReplyDeleteExactly. It always kinda makes me chuckle when folks who haven't seen the comics talk about how bad it would be if Rick became Shane. After issue #94, TV!Shane is a lightweight compared to Comic!Rick.
ReplyDeleteyeah thats true, i NEVER saw Shane running from zombies like that... maybe it was a deleted scene fro when he went to the FEMA at the school for medical supplies for Carl..
ReplyDeleteHow does Shane return a zombie from RICK killing him?
ReplyDeleteI'm assuming it is like the comics. In the comics you find out everyone is infected and will become a zombie once they die. They realize a bite is just what kills the person. That is why the people that are still alive are actually the "walking dead." Basically everyone will become a zombie once they die unless they die from brain trauma. Hope that makes sense.
DeleteWell usually when a zombie bites a person, they usually rip them to shreds causing them to die, but if they get bit once they come back. They never mentioned in the show that the disease is in the air, everyone has it but when they die (not being killed by a zombie) they come back as a zombie. Like the spoiler said by shane snapping randall's neck, and shane getting stabbed by rick. I didn't like how they didn't explain what happened to the world on how the disease spreaded throught the world. They better explain later on in the series what happened
Deleteit was a deleted scene fro episode 1 season 2! Carl returns to Atlanta to warn the Vatos and finds them all dead! Rick, Shane, Dale, Tdog and Daryl kill all the zombies but Shane gets seperated. If you notice in episode 1 season 2 shane is in the RV and no longer has his Jeep he left the CDC with. The footage was supposedly unusable and so they cut it.
ReplyDeletesorry I meant the group returns to Atlanta
ReplyDeletesorry meant the group returns to Atlanta in the post below
ReplyDeleteWow, this show keeps getting crazier and crazier, this season is mind blowing, first sophia, then dale and now shane. That's retarded, can't wait to see what the shows gonna be like without shane
ReplyDelete
