It doesn't look really interesting to tell you the truth...But I am certainly looking forward to epsiodes 20-23!!!!I mean enough with the funny stuff...
So anyone have an idea what type of spirit or demon this might be? Have to be drunk to see it seems like an interesting premise. However that type (look) of spirit or demon freaks me out so I'll be watching with hands over my eyes. Yeah, creepy long haired, pale, contortionist creatures with no eyes and black mouths = No Thank You!
I may have snorted a bit when I read "Friends don't let friends hunt drunk" haha.. I'm not sure how I feel about this, to be honest, but I'll trust the writers. I was unsure about how they were going to play Castiel's return (excited for it as I was), but I think they knocked it out of the park... so here's hoping next week's is great, too!
I'm with you (well, except for the Fringe part haha) - we've had enough filler! The season's winding down, and we still aren't anywhere close to resolving the Leviathan story line. Yeah, borax slows them down enough for you to cut off their heads.. but how is that going to take down the entire population?! I doubt the producers are going to carry it on through a potential season 8 (fingers crossed!), so it's going to have to be resolved really quickly... let's get a move on! Enough filler, more emphasis on the actual season-long arc, please (if you can even justify calling it that at this point)
We've had more filler episodes than myth arc. Every time I turn around there's another silly, funny episode. It's getting really ridiculous. The audience is lost and has no clue where they are going with the story this season...not really a good time for some lame ludicrous episode for a few giggles just cause. If they like comedy so much they should work for another show.
Seems action packed, I'm all for more actions but: What about the leviathans? My mind get fixated on Cas since two weeks. I think I may suffer from a sort of "post-traumatic lack of Cas" syndrome :-D
Haha, I had a funny thought after watching this. Friends don't let friends watch hunters hunt drunk while drunk. In other words I wonder if this would be a good or a bad episode to watch drinking lol.
yah know what ......I will take ANY episode that has my boys hunting together like the old times. Yes I want the funny one liners............I miss the funny one liners......the classic music......the drive down the long and winding roads............the research................the investigations......the hotels.....the heart to heart talks between brothers that have been to HELL and back. The little Bobby nuances.....What I cannot stomach is when my boys are on different paths..........and not trusting each other. The Hell/memories WALL is over as I see it. Castiel has sacrificed himself for Sam and Dean well done Castiel. So after a grueling one hour of poor Sammy flipping out and almost dying...and Dean looking like a man about to give up on life ..................BOOM it's over and they are getting in the car and off to hunt another day!!! I for one say thank goodness..........next stop after the grudge.......put those Leviathans back where they came from and lets get off this myth arc crap and back to stand alone classic episodes.
It looks kind of 'meh'. I don't hate Garth, but I didn't even remember him straight away, so to me he's not really memorable. And I'm not too thrilled about another filler ep either. Please focus on the bigger picture..
I want to know what happened to Frank, and what all those supposed Bobby-hints really mean, I want to know what the Leviathans are up to (and not just the cure-cancer nonesense), I want Dean to get frantic over Dick again and see Lucifer torment Cas (just for the sake of keeping Mark in the show). And I want to see the remainder of the Cas-arc! I want all these things.. but what I get? A bunch of drunks hunting down a Samara Morgan lookalike.
its not like it never happened before. You just count the number of stand-alone in S1 and in S1 we had filler episodes even toward the end (1x19 was one). I agree with you, I want more Levis, I want more 'arc' episodes, I want to know what's going on and I sure hope they'll keep on the Levis next season (I'm going to take a wild guess and say they'll only discover their big plan in the last episode and have to stop it next year...or at least I sure hope so)
but at the same time, I keep see people going ''at least back in the days we didn't have many filler episode'' when its more or less the same thing almost every year. And we just never know what can happen next :) Before the CHCH promo pretty no one thought were going to see Levis in the 7x09, pretty one no one either saw they were going to be in the 7x16.
Very true - at this point, I feel like every episode is a Catch-22. And of course you're never going to make everyone happy, and it's ridiculous to expect that. I just think this season has been a little more remiss than most with its main arc. Then again, the network pushing back new episodes every now and then and stupid hiatuses could just be messing with my head as well - maybe it just SEEMS longer than usual since I've seen a leviathan haha
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

ReplyDeleteYay! I can't wait for this.
ReplyDeleteAfter tonight episode I sure need a moment to laugh a little before the final episodes :S

ReplyDeleteYeah but you just know it will be funny.
ReplyDeleteIs Supernatural meets The Grudge.
ReplyDeleteA Shojo, a Japanese spirit with a penchant for alcohol.
ReplyDeleteIs this The Grudge meets any straight-to-DVD college movie?
ReplyDelete^Hahahahaha
ReplyDeleteShould be funny :)
ReplyDeleteSeven Days....Oh wait, that's The Ring.
ReplyDeleteI'm not up another light-hearted filler. We've had far too many of these this season already. It's going to be a Fringe week.

ReplyDeleteIt looks kind of interesting. Garth isn't horrible, but he's not a character I'm jumping up and down about, either.
