The whole Caitlin quitting thing felt really forced. It was all setup to be a battle and it was so cute when Will stood up for Alicia in the conference room in the beginning and she whispered thank you to him, and then this weird Caitlin wants to be a wife and mother thing. It just dropped you off a cliff. I kept expecting her to wait for Alicia to give her some credit and power again and then change her mind and say she wasn't leaving afterall. But she didn't. Totally weird.
Stellar, as usual. I can't say enough how this show has better guest stars than any other. I mean, in one ep you get Dylan Baker, Bebe Neuwirth, Morena Baccarin, Ed Hermann...oh, and Baker is so wonderful on this. His character reminds me of the kinds of clients they'd get on The Practice. A recurring creepy swarmy weaselly guy...
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Caitlin up and quit? Then Kalinda was wrong with her "like a piranha" observation. And Bebe Neuwirth is amazing in everything she does.
ReplyDeleteAs usual the characters outshone the case of the week, which was a little silly.
