  1. Well I kind of knew that was going to happen so it wasn’t so much as a shock and I’m think I’m fine with it because Annie got a good send off and got to be with her friends again and next season should be a lot of fun with the new trio but still I did cry because damn its Annie!I’m sure some people will stop watching the show now but I think they did a good job of bringing in Tom and Hal they work so well together and Alex seems like a lot of fun as well.In the end considering all the cast changes that has happened this season I think Toby did a good job really. It isn’t easy saying goodbye to characters and some fans won’t be happy but unlike other shows which routinely kill of characters for the sake of it, Being Human had to work with what they were given and the reality is the main cast wanted to leave for new opportunities and no one can blame them for it The very premise of the show about supernatural creatures trying to stay human is one that can work with different characters and continue to expand its world for plenty of more seasons.More thoughts: I loved Mark as Mr Snow, very creepy!  Alex is so much fun yay, the Hal and Tom Bromance is perfect.  The cleaning up civil servant company are very intriguing. At the end of the episode the announcer said it will be back with a new season next year so yay!

  4. When Tom got out of that van I thought...this is the new generation...I was wondering if Annie was leaving...and that's where we wound up.

I liked the final sequence but I was a little disappointed in the episode over all.  Annie's send off worked for me.  I was hoping that we'd get a glimpse of George and Mitchell.

I was dubious about the arc story in the first ep when Eve decided to go back in time and kill herself.  But once they explained everything it made less sense.  Really, humans will sit around an do nothing for ten years because there's a kid that's going to save us when she grows up?  Let's just sit around and let the vampires destroy us until she's old enough to fight?  Really?  And, for that matter, why would she have to die?  Just don't tell everyone she's the war child.  Don't mention it.  You get the same result if no one know she exists as you do if she doesn't  live.  Just did not work for me...

Tom volunteering to be a suicide bomber because his dad hadn't taught him to make a timer, was a hoot..and so Tom.

This ep, as a season final, just wasn't very strong.    It felt like everyone was just talking stuff to death rather than doing something.  I've gotten used to much stronger exits from this show.

  5. I admit that it was no where near as strong as some of the other season finales, even with the brilliant Mr Snow.  In fact it had a similar feel to this season opener, rather than a finale.

But it did sort of made some sort of sense in the long haul if they hadn't done what they did we would have had a program set round the three of them bringing up Eve and did we really want to see Hal dealing with picking up the baby from nursery in a couple of years time?  Also Annie deserved to go back to her vampire and werewolves.  Even though she has come so far she deserved better than playing mum to Eve and Tom while dealing with Hal's little foibles - not that they weren't amusing.

Though becoming a suicide bomber because you don't know how to make a timer - so Tom.

As for season 5, will give it a chance though it looks it is back to the very beginning with the werewolf and vampire being the heart of the show with the ghost as the add on.

  6.  yeah your right about the part where they should have had Mitchell.. George.. an Nina back for at least that.. last scene..where when she went in the door.. there they all were.. waiting for.. her.. since i wont be watching anymore after this season.. that would have been great but i cant even take that Alex chick.. shes so annoying. and not even the slightest bit funny..glad its still going on but thats it for me...guess i''ll have to give the american version a try..

  7. She didn't turn me off that much.   It this ep she was really repetitious, but I was having that problem with much of the ep.    But I figure, for me, since I was so dubious about Hal and came to like the character, I'd keep my mind open at least.

  8. I agree with you about the Bromance.    The first word  in my mind when I saw the clean up organization was Watchers....(for anyone who watched the Highlander series)

  9. I didn't make that connection to The Watchers, but that is a pretty good match.

  10. I;m quite surprised about the reactions I've read here. Cause.. I loved it!

Tom has really grown on me and I love Hale and Alex' bickering =)And I'm really looking forward to the next season. But maybe this is just the case cause I hated George and was sometimes really annoyed with Annie, ^_^
