That was a very informative interview and I was actually a little surprised at how enthusiastic Pasdar was about his character and the show. Especially interesting was the potential background Pasdar supplied for Mads & Thayer's mother.
Overall, it was a really interesting read even though some of the questions were a bit repetitive. I'd say it was the best of these Lying Game Q&A transcripts so far.
Agree with you Bruce_F. Adrian's comment about we've been told three times in the past ten episodes what the revile has been told was, um, frustrating, as I still have no clue. Adrian also commented on the scene when Christian's Thayer was changing the tire as he drove Sutton back from Ben's ranch. Specifically when the camera focused on the lug wrench he was asking Sutton for, and Sutton had no idea what that was. For me, that was the biggest clue ever that Thayer was not only involved in the murder of Derek by at least taking the photo of Derek and Alec, but I'm thinking Thayer next murdered Derek. There might or might not be a wedding? So, if not Rebecca and Alec, then who? My guess is that Emma and Ethan will get help from Sutton and patch up their relationship, to the point that Ethan pops the question. In a task to get Emma a ring, the twins and/or Ethan search the Mercer home for a ring left by the Grandmother that passed, as Laurel once said. And in the course of that search, they find what Kristen found, the locked closet, and in there find photos, letters, reports, records and such about, and this is a real reach, about Laurel, the child conceived just two months after the Mercer's kidnapped Sutton and the Websters got Emma. If not that, then information that shows Ted is the father of Annie Hobbs dead baby. Those are my guesses this hour.
Have any of you guys seen Adrian Pasdar in a series called Profit? His first series lead. His first series lead, I think, back in '97. He was great. The show and the character were way left of center, really unique (especially for 1997) and really really fun to watch. It's what put him on the 'If his name is in the credits check it out' list for me. I re-watched it a few years ago, when it was relelased on DVD, and it held up fairly well.
The interview was only okay for me. Lots of flotsam and surface questions and most of the questions about the show were repetitive. But there were some goodies like the tire iron and his discussion about where and how to look for clues were interesting.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

I doubt Sutton would ever voluntarily help Emma and Ethan with their relationship.
