Desperate Housewives - Judge Declares Mistrial in Sheridan Case

A Los Angeles judge declared a mistrial in former "Desperate Housewives" star Nicollette Sheridan's wrongful termination suit after jurors were deadlocked in reaching a verdict. The jury was split 8 to 4 in favor of Sheridan's case, one short of the nine needed to make a decision.

  4. It's a shame because I'm assuming because of this that we won't see Edie in any flashbacks before the series end :( (I don't read spoilers so I have no idea)
