Juliette has an open mind and great intuition. Her presence in the show means she will not be in the dark for long. I get a sense she can handle the truth if Nick ever gets around to telling her. I am not so sure Captain Renard is a bad guy anymore. The warning from the Reapers makes him seem like a mediator between the Grimm and the creature world. It would interesting what the hierarchy is now. Creatures - Reapers - Renard - Grimm
I think you might be right about the captain, I was beginning the same thing. What was the deal with reapers again? I totally forgot about them, are they the anti-Grimms or something?
They're moving far too slowly with the bloody arc line. It seems like the last several eps have been dire warnings but no clues.
This episode didn't grab me as much as the last couple or three did. I'm not sure why. I didn't have a problem with the story. I just wasn't as emotionally invested as I have been.
Loved the dinner scene with Monroe and Nick. (dinner scene? lol) Monroe is quickly becoming Nick's best friend.
I still don't really know what to make about the captain. First he's working with an assassin to take out Aunt Grimm then he's championing Nick as a different kind of Grimm. Are they trying to retcon the character or is he still a bad guy?
Good episode. - The bratty daughter from Necessary Roughness got to play the nice sibling this time. - I like that Nick's partner is finally starting to get suspicious. Now, if Juliette would do the same... - Nick and Monroe have the best (and strangest) conversations. Keep it up, Grimm. - Capt. Renard's character keeps getting more complicated. I like it. He needs a spotlight episode.
This has been the best episode from the show and its just that with every episode the show is getting better and better, I hope it continues with that pattern because I love it! All characters are just great and I am intrigued with every one of them!
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

This show would be so much better if the lead actor didn't suck so badly.....It's like Buffy 2.0.

Okay, mythology arc starting to build, good.
ReplyDeleteI only know that Reapers use the scythe thing to kill Grimms. We haven't seen much of their kind since the last time the one who lost his ear.
ReplyDeleteOw ok, I thought they were cause you classified them outside the creature order.
ReplyDeleteThey might be a different order of creatures with a specific function, compare to the others that are hunted by the Grimm.
