    I loved it! LOL at Mark thinking Derek was talking about Jackson when he said something about his better half. I ship it now! And awww at him speaking Spanish to Sofia.

    LOL at Derek failing with Zola's hair, but aww at him learning how to with Bailey's help! That's cute.

    And Morgan's boyfriend was an ass. I really wish Alex had called him out. And ooh, I'm seeing something between Alex/Morgan.

    I think they failed at hiding JCap's pregnancy near the beginning of the show.

    I felt so bad for Adele and Richard, especially when he was clearly in denial and then crying.

    I'm disliking Owen more and more with each passing episode.  Cristina needs to leave him.  It's just disappointing that we have no idea when the next new episode is!

    Jackson totally bugs me....he is beginning to feel like Jacob of Twilight.....leave mark and lexie alone!!!! and when are they going to have their "talk" for crying out loud? will we never hear about what happened when she showed up at mark's?? now reruns for 2 weeks....

    sad episode 2nite with Adele's alzheimer gettin worse n webber crying over the thought of placing her in a home.  I love owen with cristina so i believe that owen is not cheating. loved the last scene with bailey teaching derek how to do zola's hair!!!

    It's so sad to see Adele getting worse.. it breaks my heart!  I don't know if it'll ever stop surprising me how good Alex is in peds - he's not exactly a people-person, and you'd think all the signs would point toward him being totally horrid with kids.. but he surprises me every time!  And oh my gosh, Zola's hair haha.. so priceless!

    IT WAS FUNNY AND CUTE TO SEE MARK TALKING SPANISH WITH SOFIA WHILE DERECK WAS WITH ZOLA ANYWAY THE REASON THAT WOMAN WAS STARING AT DERECK WHILE HE HOLD ZOLA IA BECAUSE HER HAIRDO WASNT WELL DONE ANYWAY BUT AT THE END  HE LEARNED WAS OWEN CHEATING ON CRISTINA OR NOT AND I FELT SAD FOR ADELE AND ALSO I DONT SEE ALEX WITH MORGAN I MEAN REALLY AND YOU CAN FORGET APRIL IS NOT GOING TO WORK

    Izzie will never return that message received loud and clear in the if/then episode.
    I can see Alex/Morgan happening and i'll just go with it.
    Now mamma avery is back next episode i can so see her setting jackson up or will lexie get a piece of her mind as she will be around this time.

    Derek learning how to do zola's hair was totally adorable no wonder he is mcdreamy. When Mer walked in and saw it you could see her heart melt and fall more in love with him.

    Who's gonna fail their boards? answer Yang she has never failed a thing in her life was always the A+ student won all the awards. Her marriage dilemma is getting on top of her and she is the only one not studying. Mer and Alex will pass with flying colours as they have both previously failed before so in my opinion time for yang to fail.

     that was adorable all of his scenes were so cute. But i loved he automatically assumed it was a race thing. lol Granted it technically was b/c he was to oblivious to his child's hair situation. lmao Thank Goodness for Bailey.

    Yeah I'm not digging the sudden Alex/Morgan thing.....the Alex/April pairing was much better IMO and I hope they end up going with that.  Morgan irritates me.

    Yeah, Cristina definitely needs to leave him.  She definitely does really love him, however he wants kids and she doesn't....at the end of the day, that's a HUGE issue that honestly, neither of them should have to compromise on.  Does that justify his recent asshole behavior?  No.  If he's cheating, does it justify that? NO!  But they do need to give some serious consideration to parting ways, so they can find partners who have the same mindsets and will give them what they want.  Sadly, I'm beginning to wonder if this is Cristina's last season.  Maybe this storyline is happening because Sandra Oh isn't renewing and Cristina will leave him in the finale...maybe after she fails her boards because she has too much on her mind?

    Well I didn't even think about it until last night....and it's just a feeling I have.  She's got other things on her mind, kind of like when George failed his intern exam.  Shonda DID say that not everyone would pass, and it would be shocking for Cristina to be one of the ones that didn't.  I love her, don't get me wrong, but it WOULD make for an interesting story.

     i definitely agree it would be shocking and make for a good storyline if she did fail. I guess im just being optimistic (which is so not me lol) some reason i feel she may pull through/ i hope she pulls through.  If it was her PTSD that made her fail thats one thing but for the nonsense going on in her marriage as a cause i dont like that as the reason.

    Great episode.

    Don't know about Owen. He could be cheating... it wouldn't surprise me.
    Honestly, I think they're both at fault here (not the cheating but the decontruction of their marriage), so unlike most I'm not all too angry with Owen. He could and IMO should be handling this better, but Christina  hasn't been all that good with him throughout this either, so I get where he's coming from. As much as they love eachother, and as much as I love them I really don't think they can survive this. So I think they should probably break it off.
    Speaking of: You get Summer Glau and all you do is have her walk around? Seriously?!

    I like Morgan, but I don't think I could get into a Morgan/Alex thing. Right now I don't see any viable option for my boy. He needs the best out there, and I haven't see it yet.
    Also "Proud of Alex"!Arizona was the sweetest thing ever. I love that she loves and believes in him so much. 

    Derek/Zola/Bailey? A!Dorable!!!!
    Derek/Zola&Mark/Sophia? A!Dorable x2!!!
    The Jackson/Mark bromance is really working for me I have to say...

    What Callie told Owen was spot on. He can't keep on allowing Teddy to treat him like this proffecionally. Enough is enough. Her attitude is begin to go overboard. She is entitled to hold him responsible for her pain on a personal level but she also obligated to treat him respectfully in their profecional relationship.
    She should akcnowledge that even though what he did was hurtful to her as a friend it was the only option he had in that moment as a doctor who had more to think of than just her and them. All objective parties have made that claim. About time somebody pointed that out to Teddy too and call her out on her behaviour towards "Dr. Hunt Chief of Surgery". 

    Adele and Richard were great! And I really liked Mer's imput here.

    how's this for a stir Mer to become a triple certified surgeon - Neuro, General and Ortho i can see the attending's all fighting for her to accept the fellowship in their fields, with Derek out front as he can blind her with dreamyness at home. Accept or no Sex haha.
