    Levon's been her only true friend since she got there. Even though she's not a fan of Lemon, I hope she sticks by Levon and doesn't tell George !!! How very gossip-girly of me, but a part of me would prefer if she blackmailed Lemon with that if she continues to be a bitch to her.. HA!

    Well, in the press release, it had said that George goes to Zoe for medical advice about one of his clients. I guarantee that the "bad news" that Zoe is talking about is all about his client. Promos are always deceiving. I've learned that you should never take them at face value. So don't worry about her telling George. That news will come out eventually in a future episode, but not yet.
    I hope that eased some of your concerns.
