A show about fire fighters doesn't sound that great to me, but I like him a lot. Kareem Said is one of my fav TV characters ever and even though I'd prefer to still see him in Kings or in a good cable show, I'd give this show a chance to prove itself.

ReplyDeleteI liked Rescue Me so not sure it being like that would be a bad thing, but I think Denis Leary made Rescue ME what it was.... A show by Dick Wolf should feel entirely different I bet.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure I would watch a procedural about fire house heroes. I never liked any of the EMT or rescue shows before I guess. Rescue Me had me because of the format.
It will be interesting to see how it plays out....
Rescue Me was okay, but I was thinking more in terms that it's been done before. And a Chicago service agency that's rife with politics and heroes has also been done (Chicago Code). If Dick Wolf can prevent this show from being too much deja vu, it could be pretty good.
