By a mere 27 votes, we crown Death's Door the best season 7 episode so far. The tearjerker that might signal the end of a beloved character squeaked past Meet the New Boss. Now the question is will it remain the top choice once the rest of the season ends. We also have finished the first half of round 1 of the Supernatural Best Comedy Contest with Changing Channels, My Heart Will Go On, Hell House, Ghostfacers, Bad Day at Black Rock, The Monster at the End of This Book, Yellow Fever, and Frontierland moving on to the second round. Now it's time for the second half. Again, the definition of comedy varies a whole lot so happy voting! Remember that voting lasts until 9:00 PM St. Louis time so pass the word.
We also need to have a Best Song run-off to again get us to 32 nominees. I hope this contest makes people happier than the comedy one did. :-) There are some gems in here for me and I will have trouble choosing which 2 get my vote. Voting here will end at midnight tomorrow St. Louis time but the actual competition will not take place until the summer hellatus begins. I have a feeling we will need the distraction then.
If you haven't nominated your favorite song-to-scene please do so soon. Nominations close shortly. Also ranking poll #6 is open until midnight tomorrow.

The only poll that wasn't easy to decide was, "Red Sky at Morning," vs. "The Real Ghostbusters." That one was a bit tough because I disliked both. Eventually I went with "Red Sky at Morning" because at least there's a lot of physical beauty going on.
ReplyDeleteokay, was able to vote in a few of those. And truly, the best comedy ep of the series--imo--is Mystery Spot. Hands down.
ReplyDeleteI was kind of sad Live Free and Dr. Phil were put up against French Mistake and Mystery Spot, because it's like putting chihuahuas against Great Danes. I wish they'd been put against each other. It would have been more of a competition.
ReplyDeleteYeah it dose suck that bobby is gone. The French mistake and mystery spot are probly 2 of the top funniest episodes
ReplyDeleteI wish that some of these episodes were against yesterday's episodes. Unfortunately where they land in the brackets depends solely on how many nominations they received, similar to how the NCAA basketball tournament is laid out. That's the only fair way for me to do it. If I picked, my least favorite episodes would have gone against Changing Channels and Bad Day at Black Rock.
ReplyDeletealot of these polls i wasn't sure that ether were comdey so i ended up voting for whichever one i could remeber had the best scene that made me laugh
ReplyDeletethe french mistake - by far one of the best comedies we've ever had, shut up doctor phil was no match against this one
hollywood babylon - i'm not really sure why i voted this one over the other, i don't really see either as comedies, i may just laugh a little more in HB
clap your hands if you believe - i havent rewatched either of these but from what i remember, clap your hands was funnier
slash fiction - a suicidal teddy bear was great but slash fiction was just awesome
tall tales - not only do i think this is one of the to funny episodes, but i do not see how what is and what should never be is a comedy (i seem to be saying this alot about so many of these)
the real ghostbusters - i loved the boys reaction to the convention and all the people dressed up like them
mystery spot - although i've never seen it as a comedy episode, it is very funny and easily beats out live free or twi hard any day
monster movie - dracula was amazing
with the songs, i often don't really notice or pay very close attention to the songs so i just voted with the only one i knew which was the gambler. normally i always vote for how ever many we are allowed but i could not give a vote to a song that i don't know
I went with The French Mistake (SO easy), A Very Supernatural Christmas, The Curious Case of Dean Winchester (Clap Your Hands.. = BLECH), Slash Fiction, Tall Tales (that was actually a tough call), Red Sky at Morning (also kind of tough), Mystery Spot (poor Sam, but !!!), and Monster Movie.
ReplyDeleteSongs = Foreplay/Long Time and The Gambler
Ha! I don't think many will have a hard time voting for French Mistake. I foresee this as the overall winner today. We voted for exactly the same episodes but different songs.
ReplyDelete"
ReplyDeleteEventually I went with "Red Sky at Morning" because at least there's a lot of physical beauty going on." Bwah! You aren't kidding. If you have to vote between two sucky episodes, any reason is valid.
The French Mistake - Shut Up Dr. Phil was decent as an episode but not really all that funny.
ReplyDeleteHollywood Babylon - I don't like either episode but at least Babylon gave me a few laughs.
Clap Your Hands... - Best match-up this round. It's a shame I could only vote for one.
Wishful Thinking - Gets my vote by default because Slash Fiction isn't funny.
Tall Tales - There are some good laughs in this one. Besides, there's never a good reason to vote for WiaWSNB unless it's some sort of "worst of" poll.
Red Sky at Morning - It has Bella and Gert and there's not a damn Ghostfacer anywhere in it.
Mystery Spot - Almost another default win. Twihard had two or three decent lines but it's not a funny episode.
Weekend At Bobby's - I don't like anything about Monster Movie.
Song choices - The Gambler and All Right Now
yeah, the songs were trickier - I went with my gut on this one, instead of taking the time to revisit the episodes in which the songs were used.. I'm feeling particularly lazy tonight haha
ReplyDeleteThe French Mistake
ReplyDeleteHollywood Babylon - I watched it today by coincidence. Watching Dean enjoying himself being a PA was giggle making.
The Curious Case..... Supernatural Grumpy Old Men
Slash Fiction - more consistently funny than Wishful Thinking - although I love Teddy Bear doctors.
Tall Tales - while I love WiaWSNB, I don't think of it as being a comedy.
Red Sky at Morning. Even though I don't particularly like the storyline, there were more funny moments than The Real Ghostbusters - most of the 'funny' in that was of the cringemaking variety.
Mystery Spot - I think the build up to Live Free or Twihard made it more of a let-down.
Monster Movie - even though I love Weekend At Bobby's, there weren't that many laugh out loud moments.
Cold as Ice - Ellen's bitchface rivalled Sam at his worst. & Cherry Pie - what can I say - every time I hear it it reminds me of Dean :)
Again with some really odd Comedy choices...but there was really only one that I found hard to choose my vote for...
ReplyDelete1-The French Mistake, No contest here. This is in my top three of comedy eps, so until it faces off against a select few other episodes, this one always gets my vote.2-Hollywood Babylon, I don't think this one is particularly funny in the same way The French Mistake is, but it's also far more like a comedy, to me, than A Very Supernatural Christmas, which I love and which is in my Top 5 all-time favorite episodes. But it's placement in s3 and the drama at the end...I just can't vote for it for comedy. Hollywood Babylon on the other hand, while not that great, is quite light in tone and it's pretty amusing to watch Dean transform into a PA.3-Abstain, I can't vote for either of these episodes. I very nearly actively hate Clap Your Hands... (more than Bugs), and find Curious Case of Dean Winchester to be kind of irritating. Old man Dean has some good moments, but I don't think either is a comedy so I am abstaining from this poll.4-Wishful Thinking, I know this one won't win against Slash Fiction, so I threw it some love. It's really not a comedy though the Teddy Bear Doctor scenes with the boys and Audrey are so damn adorable and funny. This is actually one of my favorite eps from s4.5-Tall Tales, Bickering Sam and Dean. Pretty funny. This one almost always slips by me as it comes so early. Pretty good comedy going on here. Also, What Is and What Should Never Be? Not a comedy. A few fun moments, sure, but not a comedy. I adore the episode and it is also in my Top 5 all-time list, but not a comedy!!! 6-The Real Ghostbusters, of the two, the more humorous. And I adore Chuck. 7-Mystery Spot, Even though this one turns tragic about halfway through, the first half is comedy gold. This one was an easy choice for me. 8-Monster Movie, Never thought of this one as a comedy, but I guess it kind of qualifies. Quirky side characters, fun with Sam and Dean (Dean in Lederhosen!). Also, I don't think of Weekend At Bobby's as having all that many funny moments...? There are a few, but...
The songs were tougher. I so wanted to pick three!!! In the end I went with Road to Nowhere by Ozzy, and Foreplay/Long Time by Boston. I very nearly picked The Gambler. I needed three votes! Or four, then I could have voted for Crazy Circles too!
I didn't revisit the episodes either. This is the straight best song contest not best song-to-scene. That's tomorrow's run-off.
ReplyDeleteJust rewatched Wishful Thinking and I've changed my mind. For the first half of the episode, this is straight up comedy. Just look at Dean and Sam's reactions throughout the first 20 minutes. Thee's some comedy after that but man does this episode make me laugh before then. I did a rough tally for the first bit and the things that made me laugh:
ReplyDeletethe extremely happy waiter, "Women. Showers. We've got to save these people.", "Kneel before Todd.", "That uh is a big foot.", everything suicidal teddy, "kind of like a deep woods Duchovony", "The wishes turn bad Sam. The wishes turn very bad.", Dean's multiple id wallets, "Wes - Aren't you the guys from the health department? Sam - Yes and florists on the side. Dean - And FBI and on Thursdays we're teddy bear doctors."
Oh I see. Thank you so much for clarifying that for me.
ReplyDeleteThis was hard, as usual!
ReplyDelete1. French Mistake, so much to laugh at in this ep, "you married Ruby?" There's a camel in your backyard, I have a helicopter and on and on.
ReplyDelete2. A Very SPN Christmas wins over the only part I really laughed at in Hollywood Babylon was the walking into the sunset, that was classic.
3. Clap Your Hands if You Believe as it has my pick for best line, Empathy Sam, Empathy. I loved Sam in this ep. And the little fairy with nipples was Dean at his funniest. 4. Slash Fiction even though I liked the teddy bear in Wishful Thinking.5. Tall Tales had prissy Sam and that was very funny and Trickster, always fun to have him. Love What is an What Should Never Be, but not much laughing in this one, just sadness for Dean.6. The Real Ghostbusters, I don't cringe when I see Becky and I did chuckle, loved the 2 guys that ended up helping. The cougar in Red Sky was just way to over the top creepy.7. Mystery Spot has me laughing at Sam and his frustration. I enjoyed Live Free, but was way to dark, Dean a Vampire & Sam watching it happen, for me to call it a comedy.8. Monster Movie, loved Dracula and the Pizza Coupon and the corny accent. I also liked Weekend and think Jensen did a great job on his first directing, liked the wood chipper scene and Bobby trying to eat the cobbler.Songs, Cold as Ice & House of the Rising Sun.Yep Death's Door was my favorite ep so far this season and they are going to have to step it up a LOT to beat it.
I'm delighted that Death's Door won the S7 poll, hopefully by the end of the season we'll have something else that tops it. Now onto the polls! These were surprisingly easy for me:
ReplyDelete-- Poll 1: The French Mistake. No question or hesitation from me in this poll! Shut Up, Dr. Phil was funny (and the out-take Jared gave us was downright hilarious), but it couldn't compare to The French Mistake in a million years. Apart from the obvious humour throughout TFM, this episode gets my vote because it's such a celebration of the great relationship between the actors/BTS-crew on Supernatural and the Supernatural fandom. There are so many in-jokes and Easter Eggs, and fun being poked at anyone even remotely connected with Supernatural...it's way more of an homage to the Supernatural family than any Becky-containing monstrosity could be. And also, yeah, it's hilarious, so TFM all the way for me.
--Poll 2: A Very Supernatural Christmas. Apart from being a better episode overall, I also found AVSC funnier than Hollywood Babylon (though there were some great lines in that one: 'What's a PA?' 'I think they're kind of like slaves.'), and nothing can beat Dean yelling 'If you fudging touch me again, I'll fudging kill you!'. Plus, there was the rendition of Silent Night and the creepy, suburban Pagan gods.
--Poll 3: Clap Your Hands If You Believe. I actually really like this episode, and RoboSam has some fantastically funny lines, whereas I can't actually remember one scene in The Curious Case of Dean Winchester that made me laugh (wait, I lie, I did giggle when Bobby and old!Dean say 'Shut up Sam!' in unison) and I wasn't that found of the episode overall. Darn witches with stupid 'Irish' accents.
--Poll 4: Wishful Thinking. This was the toughest vote for me. I love both Wishful Thinking and Slash Fiction! In the end though, I had to go with WT, because of this scene: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dO7WXjeZ-74 The looks on Sam and Dean's faces when the door opens and they see that teddy bear...priceless! And the little girl is brilliant.
--Poll 5: Tall Tales. WIaWSNB is a fantastic episode, much better than Tall Tales in terms of overall quality, but it's just not comedic. Poignant? Yes. Creepy? Yes. Comedic? Not so much. Tall Tales on the other hand is a fantastic comedic episodes: my personal favourite moment is Dean's recap of what happened at the bar, and all of Sam's dialogue descends into 'Blah blah blah blah. Blaaaaah!'
--Poll 6: The Real Ghostbusters. This was hard for a whole different reason. I don't really like TRG or Red Sky at Morning! One has Becky, the other has creepy cougar lady. I eventually went with TRG because I can at least remember laughing a little bit in that one.
--Poll 7: Mystery Spot. Second easiest poll here! Live Free or Twihard had one or two amusing one-liners, but Mystery Spot was on a whole different level, both in terms of humour (favourite death scene anyone? I personally like crushed by a piano) and the emotional punch that completely winded me when I first watched that episode. Based on the first half, I had not been expecting MS to be an episode that ultimately ended up being a huge turning point for Sam's character.
--Poll 8: Weekend at Bobby's. This was the second hardest poll for me. I love Monster Movie ("Is there...garlic on this pizza?"), but Weekend at Bobby's was just amazing. Both MM and WaB's had humour to burn, so I went to my next criterion, which was how much I enjoyed the episode overall, and WaB's won in that arena.
For once, the music poll was very easy for me! I just went for the only two I recognized: Cherry Pie and Space Oddity.
1)French Mistake. As I said yesterday, the best comedy episode alongside Changing Channels.I expect them to face each other in the final.Shut Up,Dr.Phil was also very good and against a different episode it would have a much better chance..
ReplyDelete2)A Very Supernatural Christmas. Some memorable one-liners and all in all a great, funny episode.
3)I'm not crazy for either episode, but I went with Clap Your Hands if You Believe for soulless Sam,who was great in this episode, and Dean's expression during the fight with the fairy.
4)Wishful Thinking,because it had the talking,depressed teddy bear!And because,despite how awesome it was,I don't consider Slash Fiction a comedy.
5)Tall Tales. For the pure awesomeness of Richard Speight Jr.One of the funniest episodes,in my opinion. Also,I fail to see the comedy in What is and What Should Never Be.
6)The Real Ghostbusters. The two guys posing as Sam and Dean were fun and there was also Chuck's moment of glory.
7)Mystery Spot.I rewatched it yesterday and Dean's deaths were brilliant.I consider comedy only the first half, but it's certainly enough against Live Free or Twihard, which could have been so much better.
8)Monster Movie.Weekend at Bobby's was great,just not comedy great.
The songs are hands down he most difficult to choose.I'm not gonna think about it too much, because that never works for me..Cold as Ice and Cherry Pie it is. : )
Are these the songs that made the final or is there another one coming? Because I have no clue how Renegade at the end of Nightshifter didn't make it
ReplyDeleteSome of the choices of episodes are odd for comedy episodes. Still, some great episodes none the less.
ReplyDeleteI gotta admit, I don't get why some of these episodes are even considered as a comedy, especially: What is and What Should Never Be, but anyway, thanks for the polls;)
ReplyDeleteI voted for:-
ReplyDeleteShut,up, Dr Phil!
The French Mistake wasn't as bad as I thought it would be but it's still meta, so no.
A Very Supernatural Christmas
A brilliant ep. with so much packed into it but the comedy parts were so amusing.
Didn't like anything much about Hollywood Babylon. Didn't find the story particularly interesting or funny.
Clap Your Hands If You Believe.
I love Soulless Sam, he's just so sweet, especially here, when he can't get the hang of how he should act, emotionally and caringly, towards his brother.
Wishful Thinking.
It's a cute, a bit underrated, episode.
Tall Tales.
At first, it didn't really thrill me but it has so grown on me, that now I love it. Just so many comedy moments in it!
WIAWSNB-wonderful episode but no comedy that I can see.
Red Sky At Morning.
I really enjoy this episode.
I thought there were many comedy moments especially betwen Dean and Bela, one of my favourite females on the show.
I loved her snark and her utter lack of ethics as far as earning cash was concerned.
I would have liked for her to have had more eps. on the show.
It was hilarious when Dean couldn't find the Impala because she had had it towed away and Sam had to physically support him!
TRG on the other hand is my least- liked ep. of the whole series.
Mystery Spot,
Although I don't consider it a funny episode at all, it's so awesome that it deserves to win even here!
Then I don't find LFOT funny either, for me, it too is a very dramatic episode once we get past the Twilight references.
Monster Movie and Weekend at Bobby's were both good eps. but I give it to MM because we get more brother-time and the whole adventure is funny.
For the music I voted "White Rabbit" as it haunted me for ages after I heard it in the ep.and "On The Road To Nowhere" for i just like the song.
1. The French Mistake. I loved this episode. The things that happened in it were comedic moments to be treasured. Dean's I'm a painted whore to his getting sick when he saw all the Impalas. So now You're Polish? lol Watching two great actors being two hunters who could not act was hysterical.
ReplyDelete2. A Very Supernatural Christmas where I learned that "fudgin" is a curse word and that Sam and Dean should not sing Christmas carols. lol
3. I loved both of these but the one liners and Dean fighting Tinkerbell made my choice for me. Sam's The 4th's a butt thing and I'm not supposed to laugh? Dean's A little hot naked lady with nipples. She hit me. Was priceless. Did Dean service Oberon, King of the Fairies? It had such wonderful moments. To be honest, both episodes did.
4. This one was pretty much a tie, but that teddy bear still makes me laugh hard. That's a rarity on repeats.
5. I love Richard Speight Jr as the Trickster and later as Gabriel. This episode was infection as far comedy goes. The battles the brothers had were funny. I will never get over the jock dancing with the alien to Lady in Red. It ruined the song for me, I must admit, but I still laugh when I think of it. WIASNB is my favorite episode of all time, but it is not a comedy and never should have been in this category, but ah well. Only time I couldn't vote for it.
6. Red Sky at Morning. It really doesn't belong here but Dean's don't objectify me and Bela's we need to have angry sex made it a little worth while. I loved Real Ghostbusters for it's comedy but not enough to vote for Becky.
7. Mystery Spot was funny. Very funny. I love the vampire episode but there is nothing in it that speaks comedy to me. Sam watched his brother get turned. It later led to Dean beating the tar out of him in another episode. Dean ends up losing Lisa and Ben. Not funny at all.
8. On this one, I love both. I chose Monster Movie because what was not to love? I will never forget Dean's I've been rehymenated. That's a new word. lol Dean in the liederhosen (SP) was hysterical. Only Jensen would do that. The old movie monsters, the black and white photography and the old movie music made it a wonderful comedy. i sincerely loved Dracula escaping on a motorcycle. lol
The Gambler and Foreplay/Long Time
Physical beauty as far as Sam and Dean in tuxedoes.....Yeah that's probably the best reason I know of.
ReplyDeleteYou are right. Those were pretty much hands down votes.
ReplyDeleteI agree. I was disappointed to not find either of them in the one . They were two of my favorites.
ReplyDeleteSlash Fiction had a few moments. I loved the Levia Winchesters finding fault with the originals, and Levia Dean winking at Dean, but most of it was too serious for that. For myself I went with Wishful Thinking due to the Teddy Bear moments. They are classic.
ReplyDelete"Darn witches with stupid 'Irish' accents." :) It never ceases to amaze me how something one person (i.e. me, in this case) never even notices, another person can find incredibly irritating. Or that one person finds funny can go completely over another person's head. It certainly explains a lot about the origin of so many 'lively' discussions among Supernatural fans, and the number of episodes nominated in the comedy polls that I wouldn't have even considered as comedy. At least it illustrates that we Supernatural fans are an incredibly diverse group, and in one thing we all agree: we love our show.
ReplyDeleteIf any episode has a chance to beat Death's Door, I would say it is either Friday's or the season finale. Supernatural tends to knock things out of the park going both into and out of hiatus. Of it won't be easy to top such a great episode. I love the humor in the beginning turning to serious mytharc forwarding drama at the end. That's my favorite Supernatural recipe.
ReplyDeleteAs much as I love and miss the amulet, it always comes second to Madge Carrigan when I think of A Very Supernatural Christmas and that kind of surprises me since I am all about the brothers. I think it's because the actress played Rose Abbott on Everwood which I adored in its first season. The Carrigan character is such a perfect twist to her Everwood character that it is almost a parody and that always sticks out to me.
ReplyDeleteI also hope Death's Door isn't the best episode of the year. That would mean the best is yet to come and I'm all for that. In fact, I hope that the end of season 7 is a lot like the beginning of season 3 - excellent episodes around only one clunker. They have so much to work with still and I'm hoping it is one amazing ride to the finish. (Of season 7 I mean. Then of course followed by season 8.)
ReplyDeleteThis is just the run off to get to the final list. Two of these songs will make it into the finals to make it to 32. Never fear. Renegade was the second most nominated song after Carry on Wayward Son. It will also be in the song-to-scene contest as the most nominated song. Both of these contests though will be held during the summer hellatus since the midseason hiatus ends Friday.
ReplyDeleteI'm kind of sorry Shut Up, Dr. Phil was against such a power hitter too. For me we have a relatively lame side of the bracket (ie yesterday's nominees) and a great side (today's). Sadly that means several episodes I can't stand are going to be in the polls until probably the great 8. Hopefully they will be beaten out then and I can truly enjoy (and tear my hair out) voting in the contest. Unfortunately, what episodes they end up against are based solely on number of nominations and if it's a tie, based on which one was nominated first. I create the bracket numbers before the contest even begins (based on the NCAA usually) so I can't be accused of stacking things in favor of my favorites. The bonus is that I can share everyone's frustrations when my favorites go up against each other. Or worse when 2 episodes I don't think should be there go up against each other because then one of them is guaranteed to go on.
ReplyDeleteWe needed to have either 16 or 32 episodes in order to run a head-to-head contest with no buys. There were too many episodes nominated too many times to stop at 16 so I expanded it to 32. Therefore, some of these episodes were not heavily nominated. I think that's why there are clearly episodes that are dominating. After this round there should be fewer episode that people contest the comedy tag on.
ReplyDeleteI would expect like with many people didn't agree were comedies yesterday, WiaWSNB will be voted out in this round. It was one of the episodes we needed to make it an even 32 episode contest to do a head-to-head. If we did not have 32 episodes in this contest then some episodes would not have another episode to compete against during certain rounds. Unfortunately, head-to-head only works in multiples of 2 (2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128). It means that either we have to cut out nominees that a lot of people vote for or we have to add in nominees that fewer people wanted. In this case, I chose 32 because cutting it off at 16 would have eliminated some popular choices. This is why we keep having run-offs to see which episodes/songs will make it into the contest. These are the ones that will get us to the magic number, whatever it is for that contest. It's also why we will need to a massive run-off, head-to-head contest when it comes to the Ultimate Episode contest this summer. That's the only way to make it fair since people were unhappy last year that not all episodes got a chance to be in the running for the contest then.
ReplyDeleteI would never in a million years call RoboSam sweet, but he was hilarious. I miss his snarkiness and cold understatement. I'm all for the return of RoboSam in a future episode. Just as long as Real Sam came back shortly after.
ReplyDeleteI completely agree that Dean and Sam should not sing. Jensen and Jared (maybe? Don't think I've ever heard him sing) can sing all they want but not so much Dean and Sam. They are joking about doing a musical episode but that's all cringeworthy to me. It was bad enough listening to SMG and Alyson Hannigan sing on Buffy. However, if some magical charm made it so Dean sang like Jensen I would be all over this.
ReplyDeleteWow, I really didn't expect such a long reply. Thanks;) Of course, I get it, it's just really weird to see some of these episodes in this category;) Well, I guess, they won't be in next round.
ReplyDeleteI agree, and I am just sorry I was not around for last years polls. Everyone's comments have made me go back and watch eps again for maybe the 15th time. lol
ReplyDeleteI just realized that I voted for WiaWSNB on pure reflex. Oops.
ReplyDeleteThe French Mistake - easy choice for me.
ReplyDeleteHollywood Babylon - tough choice but I probably laughed a bit more at HB.
The Curious Case of Dean Winchester - love old Dean.
Wishful Thinking - love Slash Fiction but WT was more of a comedy ep (the teddy bear - lol). It pained me to pick one though.
Tall Tales - What is.. is brilliant but it isn't a comedy ep.
The Real Ghostbusters - Red Sky wasn't an ep that stuck in my memory.
Mystery Spot - Twihard ended up being a bit heavy and some of Dean's deaths were hilarious.
Weekend at Bobby's - another tough choice but I just love Bobby and Rufus.
Songs: The Gambler and Cold as Ice (would have also voted for Cherry Pie if I could have)
yeah, there were some good moments in Slash Fiction (mainly the diner scene), but if given only these two episodes as my only choice to watch for comedy? I'd pick Wishful Thinking. :)
ReplyDeleteI love the Teddy Moments, and little Todd. So funny. Love Sam and Dean's faces!
Ha! I tend to have a strange desire to rewatch episodes too once people start talking about them. Sometimes to revisit favorite scenes and lines. Other times to try to see an episode from their point of view.
ReplyDeleteBwah! I can see how that could happen since it is the one I vote for all the time. :-)
ReplyDeleteLooks like Cherry Pie will be heading into the finals so you can vote for it this summer. Well, unless it goes up against a song you love I guess.
ReplyDeleteBest ep in the series according to me. Heh. I'm a shameless fangirl of that ep.
ReplyDeleteWe chose the same, save for on poll 4. I went with Slash Fiction. Mystery Spot is my all time favorite episode, and my favorite death was the Taco Death. Just something about the way we don't even see Dean die, he just asks if the tacos taste funny to Sam, then Sam wakes up. Makes me grin like a loon everytime.
ReplyDelete
