The Killing - Season 2 - Jamie Anne Allman Interview

2 Jan 2012

When AMC’s The Killing star Jamie Anne Allman – who plays Mitch’s (Michelle Forbes) party girl sister, Terry – saw the fan uproar over Season 1’s finale, she wasn’t surprised.

“I knew that [the first season’s finale] would probably frustrate some fans,” Allman tells The Hollywood Reporter from Vancouver where she’s currently shooting the drama’s sophomore season.

  1. I can't wait for this to start,as long as is doesn't take the majority of the season to find out who killed Rosie i will continue to watch.  If they play things out like last season then i'm outta there...

Darque, did you see they renewed HoW! :)

  2. So frustrating ... waited the whole season just to end up back at square 1 for the finale.

  3. I feel the exact same way. It would have been different if we were not promised one season = one case prior to and for the entire Season 1.

As it was the finale irked me.. .greatly!

  4. I guess I wasn't as upset as most people. I gotta say, I wasn't necessarily expecting the identity of the murderer to be revealed so I wasn't surprised. But I suppose I must have missed something since most people did expect this. idk.

  5. I like Allman's desire to be the killer.  If I were on a show where I knew my character had a short shelf life, I'd probably want to go out with a bang like that too.

  6. I recently watch the first season and it was was whole was OK up till the Richman twist which seemed to come way out of left field and was against everything previously set up for his character. I would have to say the first season was big let down, frustrate does not cover it...
