On the series, Lily and Marshall are expecting their first child, while in real life, Hannigan and husband Alexis Denisof (who met Hannigan when they were costarring on BUFFY and now recurs on HIMYM as newscaster Sandy Rivers) are expecting their second.

On a panel to discuss women in comedy and in two subsequent informal conversations, Hannigan discusses the various elements of her very successful career.

    Seems kinda cruel to make a pregnant woman wear a pregnancy pad...

    I know Aly's behind Lily (probably not by much), but still.
