Apolo Ohno’s fans have been lobbying Hawaii Five-0 executive producer Peter Lenkov for months in hopes of landing the Olympic Gold Medal winner a role on the CBS show. It appears their efforts have paid off; earlier today Ono tweeted: “@King5TracyT I will be going to hawaii! Filming hawaii five-o!”

CBS Tweets confirmed the news with an announcement of their own, “Exclusive Casting Alert! Olympic speedskating medalist @ApoloOhno to guest star on #H50. Are there ice rinks in Hawaii?” We knew the man can skate and dance, but can he act?
