And the geeks shall swarm Seattle Grace...

Terminator star Summer Glau will guest-star in an upcoming episode of Grey's Anatomy, executive producer Shonda Rhimes announced on Twitter Monday.

"Love table read days! We have Summer Glau as a guest star!" Rhimes wrote.

Details on her role have not yet been released, but Glau is slated to appear in Episode 16 of Season 8. Check back here for more details soon...

Grey's Anatomy airs Thursdays at 9/8c on ABC.

    I'd rather see her as a doctor or a nurse but these guest roles are almost always a patient or the relative / loved one of a patient.
