    Maybe they change the name to Markham on the sign in post production or just use a previous establishing exterior shot where it says "Markham's Books", because it does look quite similar.  It's a big messy bookstore so once you're inside it'd be hard to tell if it was or wasn't the same exact place if you continuously move the mess around in a state of organized chaos. Though they had to use to different locations in season 1 because it was in NY and then season 2/3 and now 4 because it's in Vancouver. Maybe it's a second place in Vancouver or maybe it's the same, I honestly don't know. But I suppose we'll find out soon enough.
