  3. That Mr. Jones is such a gentleman. A gentleman that sends shards of ice down my spine. He's still my favorite "villain" of this show...

  6. OH THIS LOOKS SO GOOD AND EXCITING. Am liking where the season is going more and more. Been feeling a slight disconnect from the characters but I think that is the intent. I'm so interested in where this is all going. Kinda wondering if perhaps the Observers created all of the universes searching for something within them.

  9. I love when british actors play the villains :D. Just because their accent gives them more arrogance and they sound more believable to me :D. Like Palpatine for example.

  10. Every time I'll see Jared Harris from now on, I will recall James Moriarty :D

  14. Welcome back FRINGE and maybe more importantly.....
Welcome back FRINGE's myth arc! I  have missed you all season long!
It's nice of you to show up one-third of the season in... FINALLY!

  15. He's easily the best villain the show has had so far! So happy he's back!!!

  16. To me, the first part of Fringe's fourth season was very much like the first part of the first season. It feels a little unimportant, until Jones shows up and suddenly it all is seen in a clearer light, things get more awesome and the universe is a brighter place! (for us, not the character in the show :P)

And episodes like One Night In October and All Those We Left Behind are two of my favourites in the shows entire run, so I'm still hopeful that now, after the epic episode that was 4.08, season four could give season two a run for best, season, ever!!!

  17. So Happy Mr. Jones is back, Olivia is always going head first into thing alone and get herself into trouble so I think she will be ok in the end! Plus in season 1 Mr Jones had plans for Olivia. I wonder if he remember the old timeline....

  19. Ah, Mr. Jones is back!! I have been waiting to see him again. It´s gonna be great!!! He is the best villain.

    Can´t wait!

ps Please please please don´t cancel Fringe! It is such an awesome show. When Lost had a final season I was ok with it. we knew it was the end and it got worse anyway so it was allright. Fringe isn´t over yet. So many good stories left to tell.

  21. Haha! So true .... lots of British bad guys on television now :p

  22. I think she's going to end up in a very familiar place... ;-)

  23. ..In which we re-meet Mr. Jones.

  24. I'm very intrigued as to what Jones knows about amber Olivia and whether he considers her valuable or not. We now know that amber Olivia can't cross over by herself, so she probably doesn't have the abilities (cortexiphan-induced abilities) that our Olivia has. And that was the reason why Olivia was important to Jones, why he had plans for her. So maybe there's no connection at all between them in this timeline.

  25. I still think that new Olivia has her power but she has not be activated yet. I think that what Nina is doing. I think they might pick up that story of what hewas planing for her

  26. Even the promo ends on a cliffhanger!

And I'm so happy to see Jones - he's just so sinister!

    ReplyDelete
  27. True... I forgot about that scene!

  28. fringe friday - every friday

  29. But her initial power was activated after she ran from her step-dad, and we don't know yet if that ever happened (when did she shoot him?!!), and since so much depends on the elasticity of the child-mind it may now be too late.
Plus if Walter never wrote the ZFT manuscript, then Mr. Jones' motives may be quite different; therefore Olivia may not be a piece of the puzzle.

  30. Hmmm, looks good.  Is it Friday yet?!

  31. DRJ is the best TV villain to come along in quite some time.  This is guaranteed to be good.
