    What is this silly stuff about Tyler and Jeremy? LOL. They are NOT gay. 

    I wish the writers would be kinder to Tyler in general. So other characters will now tell him off even though it was NOT his fault that he was made into a hybrid. That's unfair.

    Yup.  Caroline went from the most annoying character to one of my favorites.  While there's a lot I like about Elena...she, for me isn't the main draw of this show.

    Caroline is largely absent from this episode because she's the focal point of the second episode back from the break, which means a lot of screen time, so she has a lot of prep work to do.
