  11. I watch devotedly "Game of thrones".
I watch and enjoy "Falling skies", "Once upon" a time and "Homeland".

I quickly dropped "the Grimm" and I will probably do the same with "Terra nova" if there is a second season.

I intent to give a try to : "person of interest" and "Boss".

    ReplyDelete
  12. The only new shows I watched and gave up on were Wilfred, A Gifted Man and Alphas.  Though I wouldn't shed a tear if Terra Nova, Person of Interest, Falling Skies and Secret Circle got axed.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Revenge, Ringer, Lying Game & Secret Circle

    ReplyDelete
  14. Hell on Wheels, not Hell on The Wheels.
    My personal list:
Once Upon a Time, Game of Thrones, Homeland, Person of Interest, Terra Nova (actually I skipped 6 episodes, but i will take a look on the second season if the series isn't cancelled), The Killing, American Horror Story (well, I watched only the pilot, but i'm going to start over soon, so I voted) and Wilfred (seriously, so little votes?).
Shows I left: RInger, Grimm, Falling Skies, Breakout Kings and Hell on Wheels, which I want to try again before the second season.
Haven't watched Boss yet, but hopefully I will have some free time to do it.

Shows I intend to watch/catch up with: Boss, Hell on Wheels, Alphas, Game of Thrones, Suburgatory, Fairly Legal, Franklin & Bash

  22. Shows I still watch:  2 Broke Girls (but only to discuss it with others), Ringer (for now), Terra Nova (unless it's cancelled), Falling Skies (best so far), and Necessary Roughness (by the premise I am shocked that I like it as much as I do)

Shows I need to catch up on:  Revenge (although only 1-2 people are at all likeable on the whole show), Once Upon a Time (but may just drop it instead - Emma annoys me), Person of Interest, Harry's Law (probably a summer catch up since I just started watching this show)

Shows held until I can watch them this summer:  Grimm, The Killing, American Horror Story, and Homeland

Shows I dropped:  Secret Circle (12 love triangles too many), Alphas (bored me), Being Human ( too melodramatic not enough story), Franklin and Bash (didn't get hooked on the characters), Suits (didn't like either of the 2 main characters and highly implausible)

    ReplyDelete
  23. Me too. I just realized most of my tv viewing is freshmen series.

  27. Surprised that I clicked too many to list... might be time to do some reevaluating and trimming... just not enough time unfortunately combined with all the other stuff I watch.....

    ReplyDelete
  30. Up All Night, Pan Am, Suburgatory, The Killing, American Horror Story, Wilfred, New Girl, Enlightened, Game of Thrones, Shameless & Homeland.

I kind of plan on catching up with Falling Skies, watching Once Upon A Time is my next job, and possibly Revenge and I may just catch up on Ringer.

Of the list I checked out Fairly Legal, Being Human, The Secret Circle and Ringer but dropped them after a few episodes.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Oh and Switched At Birth :)

    ReplyDelete
  32. Only two shows:Game Of Thrones(of course),and Teen Wolf, which was a show that surprised me very pleasantly.Nothing deep or serious and it can improve some things(CGI first and foremost),but I really enjoy it.It's fun with a good amount of suspense and action.Perfect to pass your time and if it continues in the same path(or hopefully becomes a little better),I'll definitely watch season 2.

The only one I use to watch and dropped is Secret Circle. It started out just as Vampire Diaries did, some interesting plots and characters that had some potential if used right.Unfortunately, the turning point where VD got better around episode 6-7 never came for Secret Circle(in my opinion, always).

I'm planning to watch Once Upon a Time for sure,Ringer and maybe,Grimm(haven't decided yet).

    ReplyDelete
  33. There's no Game Of Thrones in your list..Nowhere to be found!Why?!? ; )
    Seriously though,I strongly recommend it!

About Teen Wolf..As I said above,it was the biggest surprise for me.It's possible that you'll find it soapy,I won't lie,but it wasn't very bad and after a while I didn't mind. It's actually a very good show to watch during the summer, while counting the days to the SPN premiere! While the plot isn't anything new (a teenager becomes a werewolf, falls in love with a girl whose family has a secret-guess what-and tries to find a cure),it has some interesting plot lines and a nice combination of humor, suspense and action. There's plenty of room for improvement, but give it a try!

  35. Eeekk I clicked over 20 boxes!! I clearly watch a ridiculous amount of tv.

    ReplyDelete
  36. I currently do not watch any of those shows, and based on the reviews, I'm not sure how many I'll be trying either! Currently it is my intention to give a chance to Once Upon a Time (though I recently found out that it stars Jennifer Morrison, of whom I am not a fan), Homeland and Suits, but we'll see how that works out.

  40. Silk was interesting. Better than most US law shows. I watched the first 2 episodes with my mom, but never continued on my own later.

Maybe I should catch up on it... Only 6 episodes in the season.I do like Natalie Dormer and Rupert Penry-Jones.

    ReplyDelete
  41. I think I clicked20 boxes! XD

In fairness 8 were from last TV season and a handful I am likely not continuing ....

    ReplyDelete
  42. Will continue to watch: Ringer, Shameless, Suburgatory, 2 Broke Girls, Once Upon a Time, Game of Thrones, Revenge, Grimm, American Horror Story.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Once upon a time and Pan Am... I haven't even started the others, but I want to look into New Girl and Two broke Girls!

  47. Too true. Some are only 20 minutes a week for 12 or 13 weeks. So I can't feel too guilty about watching so many shows. XD  But I love TV. There's so many shows worth watching. It's a good time for television this past decade or so.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Shows I Still Watch: Once Upon A Time, The Lying Game

Shows I Gave Up: The Secret Circle, Teen Wolf

    ReplyDelete
  49. Still watching Ringer, Suits, Falling Skies, Fairly Legal, and Franklin & Bash

There's a bit of an "F" trend there...

    ReplyDelete
  50. Still watching: Once upon a time, Grimm, Switched at Birth, Falling Skies, Terra Nova, Unforgettable

    Gave up: Person of interest

    ReplyDelete
  51. New shows I started this season and still watch: Grimm, Once Upon a Time, Terra Nova, Person of Interest, Revenge and PanAm.

I lost a lot of shows last year (Medium, Stargate Universe, Eureka, and others), I hope my new shows stay around for a while.

    ReplyDelete
  52. My list is frightfully long.  :-)   Not all of the shows on my list are great...some just fun and some I'm still evaluating but they're not bad enough for me to strike yet because, in some cases, they're improving.

The Good:  Once Upon A Time, Game of Thrones, Revenge, Ringer, Person of Interest
Homeland, Body of Proof, Breakout Kings

Maybe Not Technically Perfect But Fun:  Alphas, Teen Wolf (unexpected fun), The Lying Game,
              Two Broke Girls

Still Evaluating:  Terra Nova, Being Human (US), Falling Skies

Improving and May Move To 'The Good':  Grimm

    ReplyDelete
  53. Ooo, Nice out.  Wish I could use that as my excuse but...I think I can get my Mom to believe it.  :-)

Off topic:  what's your opinion of the Fades.  It's about to start on BBCA

    ReplyDelete
  54. Add me as a second vote for Bedlam.  Love that show.  Are they going to do a second season?

  57. Homeland, The Borgias, Shameless US, Suits, HoW, Grimm, Suburgatory, GoT, Boss. I hope there will be a second series of The Fades. Also, I voted "Other" for Mad Dogs.

  58. I enjoyed it quite a bit.

It has an original story with a lot of new elements to me and I like apocalyptic and supernatural movies and series so I have seen a good number of stories.

The acting was better than most US supernatural type series I think.... It does have the issue that many short season series have. The apocalypse is foretold, and wraps up in 6 episodes. XD So it does seem to move a little fast or make things fit a bit too well at times.

I guess no harm in checking out the pilot to see, I think it improved as it went on for the most part.

If you do enjoy it, make sure to check out YouTube (maybe BBC America will have them on site?) because BBC aired 2 or 3 supplemental videos for each episode.

I think (if I have them all) there are 17 video clips released during the season and then 6 clips that were out before the pilot as a sort of mini-guide about the show's mythology. Ranging from deleted or extra scenes to interviews and behind-the-scenes videos.

I may end up just uploading each week and watching the series again since it is only 6 episodes...

    ReplyDelete
  59. I respect your commitment to TV!

    ReplyDelete
  60. Shows that I will keep religiously watching: Game of Thrones (the television show turned me on the book series, and my god we're in for a thrilling ride! I think I read the three last books in the last month), American Horror Story (hopefully the second season is of equal quality), Happy Endings (the show has really grown!), Homeland

Stopped watching: Once upon a Time, Person of Interest

Will continue watching but not really must-watch-tv: Revenge, The Killingµ

Sherlock was late 2010, right? Because that show stays on my must-watch-list for sure! :-)

    ReplyDelete
  61. Shows I stayed with:
Once Upon A Time, Person of Interest, Homeland, The Secret Circle, Happy Endings, Revenge, Grimm, Breaking In

Shows I started but still need to catch up on:
    Suburgatory, Game of Thrones

    Shows I dropped :
Falling Skies, Ringer, The Killing, American Horror Story (but i may give that another try for the second season)

Show I want to check out:
    Hell on Wheels

    ReplyDelete
  62. Hart of Dixie, Once Upon A Time, Switched At Birth, The Secret Circle and Awkward..

    ReplyDelete
  63. Game of Thrones all the way. I don't need any other of these to keep me happy. If only April could come sooner...

I tried Once Upon a Time (gave up after the Pilot), Grimm (gave up after the pilot) and Terra Nova (gave up after 8 episodes). I might still try American Horror Story.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Then I recommend you watch it .. 'coz it's just brilliant.. never expected that kind of quality from UK shows when it comes to law, (always thought US law shows were better :P) & everyone was perfect for the role .. it's coming back this January, maybe u could catch up before then :)

    ReplyDelete
  65. I watched the Danish version too and loved it more than the US version ..

    ReplyDelete
  66. I might just do that....
I find the British legal system fascinating....I admire it for adhering t traditional wigs and robes, but I do giggle to myself every once in a while wondering why they still wear them! XD

Definitely have time now with Sons of Anarchy, Boardwalk Empire and Homeland all done for the season... Plus a few series I have been watching I have not even thought about since the hiatus began.  Shows like ringer, Once upon a Time, and Secret Circle.

That leaves a good amount of time before the series all resume or the new seasons start for the winter shows! Good plan! Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  67. The only one I started watching was Hart of Dixie.  I like it.

    ReplyDelete
  68. IT IS fascinating. Before Silk, I didn't know they still wore those wigs so I was surprised (& I laughed too at them frankly) when I first saw it. and they had those don't-bend-when-you're-questioning-the-witnesses rule which I find real great. It's not the typical law where everyone is just walking around in the court room. ughh here I go on about the show again :D

anyways, have a great catching up time :)

    ReplyDelete
  69. The list of shows I watch is way too long to display so I'll just list the few shows I tried and abandoned this season:

Whitney, Up All Night, Hell On Wheels, Boss, Unforgettable, & Terra Nova.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Wow! But where do you find the time? :)

    ReplyDelete
  71. Awesome.  Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  72. Once Upon a Time, Being Human US, Ringer, Revenge, Fairly Legal, and Suits.

Grimm, sort of.  I don't like catch it every week or even every three weeks, but sometimes I check to see if its gotten any better.

    ReplyDelete
  73. hart of dixie :)

i gave up on TSC after just 2 episodes and I started watching The Ringer somewhere around ep 8 but I never had the time to catch up...

    ReplyDelete
  74. Body of Proof, The Killing and Secret Circle.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Shameless and Once Upon a Time.

Although I didn't know about XIII and I have been recommended Grimm... and New Girl... so will try these 3 later.

Gave up on Person of Interest (pretty much), I didn't enjoy the acting.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Urgh and Ive been told to try Game of Thrones...

    ReplyDelete
  77. Hart of Dixie, Pan Am, Once Upon a Time and Game of Thrones

Show I started but stopped: Ringer
