In Harry's Law episode 2.11 Erica Durance guest stars as a psychologically infirm woman who retreats into the persona of the DC Comics heroine to help wreak revenge on perpetrators of domestic abuse. source TVline
Really nice.. Now she can say: I've played both Lois Lane and "fake" Wonder Woman on tv.. Not THE Wonder Woman, but at least she gets to wear the suit..
Wow! This is awesomely funny. When does this air because I have to see it? Perhaps Harry's Law needs to move from my summer viewing list to right now. Glad to see Erica Durance getting some fun roles.
I like what you are thinking, but to be fair, she isn't that suited to play Catwoman. I can easily picture her as THE Wonder Woman or even that goddess Isis but not Catwoman. I think she just misses something here needed for that role.. Michelle Pfeiffer was the best Catwoman I've ever seen. Still have to wait on Anne Hathaway though because I give Christopher Nolan much credit after what he did with rebooting Batman and The Joker..
That looks exactly like the WW get-up that Adrianne Palicki wore in the Wonder Woman pilot. http://i485.photobucket.com/albums/rr211/Veidt/adrianne_palicki_wonder_woman_pilot_3.png
LOL well he really did need to justify the money and time that went into the custom...hopefully the actual storyline doesn't resemble what he did with the Wonder Woman pilot
I like Julie Newmar. But Michelle owns that role. She played Selina that good that you're guessing yourself whether she is just fragile or just playing a role as a psycho.. And that suit, man man, I'm gay but with that suit, that's some sexiness..
she would have made an amazing wonder woman if only it was a few years after smallville she would have gotten it.. then refused it cause wonderwoman sucks and she wouldent want to be typecast
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
David E. Kelley obviously went "Well we at least need to get SOME use out of this damn costume!"
ReplyDeleteI think I might just watch this for her...
ReplyDeleteHaha, that`s funny because it`s true.
ReplyDeleteHey she makes a good Wonder Women! HA!
ReplyDeletewhat
ReplyDeletethis is entirely flummoxing, and yet awesome as hell. I might have to see this episode!

ReplyDeleteShe's definitely hitting the SDCC role checklist. Now if she would only play Catwoman.

ReplyDeleteShe was NOT exactly Wonder Woman, but we have seen Lois in a similar costume before... http://smallville.wikia.com/wiki/Allusions_to_Wonder_Woman
ReplyDeleteI get your point. Michelle Pfeiffer and Julie Newmar remain my favorites.
