  1. Sad to hear that. The show did a lot of good.

  2. Loved Ty Pennington and his enthusiasm. He's a great designer, always loved his projects.

  3. I do design work part-time (full-time in the past) and I loved the first season or two, then it got more about the families they were building for than the houses and I lost interest to a large degree.

I respect how many families they helped. Maybe I should say that they TRIED to help seeing as more than a few went into bankruptcy and had to sell the houses off!  XD

  4. This actually makes me really sad. I loved this show, my family would always go down and watch it together on Sunday nights. I loved the dynamic of all the designers and was amazed with the creativeness of the buildiing.

I'm really going to miss this show... :'(

  6. 200 is a pretty remarkable run no matter what the show.  I enjoyed Home Edition (certainly more than any other kind of Extreme makeover) and they did a lot of good.  It was one of the fun shows with a high schmaltz factor that I enjoyed even if not on a regular basis.

  7. Wow,well i did not expect to see this posted, that's to bad they have helped many people over the years. This past September they built a house for a family that has a daughter with form of dwarfism. They only live a few minutes from me,I will never forget how truly caring and giving everyone was....well that is sad. :(

  8. Hopefully another network picks it up. Only because the show actually helps people not just for entertainment.
