Neither of Lifetime’s freshman series will make it to a second season. Following the September cancellation of The Protector, Lifetime recently quietly opted not to renew Against the Wall.
that's actually quite sad news. I thought the show was really good. Hope that the producers won't leave the IA topic alone in TV Show production, 'cause it's actually quite a nice motif.
That's too bad, but I guess their can only be one show about a family full of cops on tv at a time and come on Blue Bloods, just have the better pedigree
I watched a few episodes and came to the same conclusion. It just was not my type of series.
All in all it was fairly good though. A nice tweak on procedurals to be investigating cops, and then her being Internal Affairs with the 4 cops in her family was a fun plotline too.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

ReplyDeletewow Lifetime couldn't strike gold again like they did with Army Wives. I assume that's why they will be extending the upcoming season of Army Wives.
ReplyDeleteThat is sad news :( I feel like shows either don't get the chance or just get renewed endlessly there is no middle ground
ReplyDeletesad! :( I really liked that show!
