    Daryl gets better in every episode. With Merle returning I hope we see a lot more of him.

    Ok Merle is back and looks really cranky ... can't say I blame him.  He did lose what was probably his best friend and steady STD free-date.

    OMG - I am hyped for the brotherly reunion :)

    Will Daryl fall back into his old ways?
    Will he stand up to his only living relative and father figure and maintain his new found empathy?
    Will he try to convert hard assed Merle into a better person?

    There is so much drama to be had here.  Based on the ridiculously good scenes between Rich and Herschel I'm squeeing my pants in anticipation :)

    I agree with the stated concern that Merle's return could point to a regression for Daryl.  I hope that's not the case.
