    Kelli Giddish is terrible, and Mariska Hargitay is just going through the motions. Danny Pino is solid, and the Munch and Finn characters are always excellent. It's just not...enough.

    I really have to disagree with you, Kelli Giddish actually shined in this episode, we actually got to learn something new about her character. She did a good job in this episode last night.

    What more do you want, not to be rude but Meloni isn't coming back. I think this season is doing well without him, the show is holding up fine.

    I really agree!! I think Kelli Giddish did an amazing job, it was the perfect combination of a lot of strength and this underlying vulnerability, I loved this episode!

    I like the fact that even though a major character is gone, the show just consistently stays very good.

    Reread my post, please. Nowhere did I even mention Meloni. The show's doing well enough--not fabulous, but well enough--but in my opinion (to which I am entitled, same as you) Kelly Giddish sucks...and not well.

    I do respect your opinion, I just think that people want the show to be like when Meloni was on it. I know you never mentioned his name... Perhaps the show needs to be on at 9pm. 10pm is a good time for crappy reality shows but not for a show like this one.

    I feel like Kelli Giddish's character is an Olivia groupie, I didn't like her in Chase and I don't like her now. You know who they should bring in? Kenny Johnson. Prime Suspect was cancelled and they blew him up on SOA. He's free. That would bring some fresh air into this show.
