This episode really made me dislike Santana, I didn't feel so bad when she cried cause she just makes fun of everyone around her to cover up for her insecurities.
And really?! They ended the episode with Finn getting slapped? I wanted to see what happened after!
I liked it...I think Rachel did a good thing by letting Kurt shine. Glad they made up. Puck coming on to Shelba, i'm not gonna lie, it was hot...I like student/teacher relations when the couple is hot! And ya know, the student is legal, and the teacher isn't 20 yrs their senior, haahah. Anyway.....moving on....Santana, santana, santana, smh.....this girl is such a bitch!! Huge huge bitch, and I still love her, she's the one I love to hate, and I have to say I felt bad for her, but it's karma, and she had it coming, but idt anyone should be outed like that no matter how mean their rep is, it's just really messed up. So i felt bad for her. Quinn was wrong for what she said, and i'm glad Shelby did what she did. Ending the episode on a slap, didn't like that, wanted to see what happened next, but i'm so glad they sang Adele, loveeeee both songs, that was a real good performance. Next episode looks really good, and I swear Sue needs to leaveeeeee Shannon Beiste's guy alone!!! Omg, I will feel sooo bad for coach Beiste if he starts dating Sue over her. That is really MESSED up!!! I mean we all know how Sue is, but c'mon!! Not cool.
Glee is frustrating me. I love the music. They are so talented. But the Sue campaign--stop the stupidity and bring back the clever, the Puck/Shelby/Quinn stuff--gotta go it just feels creepy.
I just love Santana. Finn pretty much hit the nail with what he said to her, now to wait for next week for the fallout. Oh Glee, when RIB closed the Karofsky-shaped door, they really open the Santana shaped window.
great ep - regardless of santanas bitchyness, it felt so harsh to out her like that. its the first ep in a long time i actually emphathized with the characters - i felt so sad and shocked, which is what good tv does, it sucks u into the story. best glee in ages.
So Santana thought it was really cool to keep insulting others and when Finn did the same she was all "i'm a victim"... sorry but i think she deserved it. Loved the songs
I thought this was a great episode - the music was fantastic, and I loved the moment between Rachel and Kurt.. I'm glad Quinn finally got what was coming to her (she was REALLY starting to annoy me), and it'll be interesting to see the fallout of Santana's forced outing.. though she really deserved to be hit hard - I'm glad someone finally hit her where it hurts, though outing someone isn't ever a good idea..
One of the best episodes ever! And, honestly, Santana is a bitch, but she didn't deserve coming out of the closet like that. She was actually forced out of it! Finn should have talked to her privately about this... But, anyway, she was a bitch to him and she didn' t really insult him in private. However, I think that being outted like that is something no one deserves. I really love Santana' s storyline. The "You and I" duet was awesome and I was really looking forward to another Idina song, so I was cheering when she started singing! I love this woman, she's so awesome and, in my opinion, one of the best things that happened Glee. She's pure gold! However, I'm not sure about how I feel for the Shelby/Puck storyline. It's kinda hot and disturbing at the same time. Also, it's illegal and I think that they could take her daughter if they found out. (couldn't they?) So, I hope that Quinn never finds out, but what are the chances of her not finding out? The Adele mash-up was AWESOME and the way the episode ended with Santana... Well, it was kind of heartbreaking. She looked afraid. Naya is doing such an incredible job. Although, I really wanted to know what happened after the slap. When the episode ended, I was like "What the...?", it was so unexpected to end that way! Well, that's all. Incredible episode!
I haven't said this about glee in a while, but, great episode!
I haven't seen the last few seconds because my streaming decided to quit, but I take it Santana slapped Fin because of what he did? Really, that was incredibly low. Santana is a bitch, I agree, but outing someone like that is just hard.
So yes, I felt sorry for her, and I felt sorry for her during the video, but I thought the whole grief-counselling and parent-support was a bit overdone. Coming out is always hard, especially like this, but counselling and 'talking her parents through it' isn't exactly necessary in my opinion.Yay for Shelby and Puck! I like them, I dunno why, but I dig this side of Puck. And I'm glad Shelby finally found out the truth about Quin too. Can't wait for next week, it looks really interesting!
I like the Quinn / Puck / Shelby story and the Finn / Santana subplot. I find it almost impossible to feel sorry for Santana because she's such a vicious shrew with an almost sociopathic level of self-interest. She's completely incapable of decency or selflessness.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Santana is such a horrible person that I don't even feel sympathy about her being forced to come out. She had it coming.

For me, prob the best Glee episode in a looong time. Almost had the feel of an ep from S1's good half of that season.

ReplyDeletePoor Santana, Finn played really low... great episode ! Pat Benatar, Blondie, Adele... perfect !

ReplyDeleteI agree with you so much - except about the age difference: Puck and Rachel did date! It gives me the shivers.

ReplyDeleteSad thing about that is, I know countless people who are exactly like her.
