    Woo hoo!  Once Upon a Time is currently my favorite new series.  Of course that may change once it has more episodes, but so far it has hit a good compromise between fantasy and reality, drama and mystery.  I find both worlds compelling and the characters intrigue me more than most other shows I watch.  Here's hoping it stays on track.  Would like some added snark and real evil though.

    I guess my prediction was wrong.  I figured that if the show's ratings stayed the same after this Sunday's episode, the show would be picked up within days.  This pick-up came even sooner than I thought it would.

    Anyway...

    No surprise and very good news for TV!

    Even if I don't like it nearly as much as most people on this site, any show that can keep serial TV alive is good in my book - especially when it is a fantasy genre series to boot!

    I'm very happy. Once Upon a Time is one of four shows I can't miss, along with American Horror Story, The Walking Dead, and Fringe. Looks like I'm into fantasy and sci-fi these days.
