Thanks to Justine for the heads up.
1. First of all, let's get this out of the way - 'Lancelot du Lac' is one of the best episodes Merlin has ever produced.
2. It's also one of the darkest - some moments might prove a little unsettling for very young viewers.
3. "I am sorry. I am truly sorry."
4. Morgana encounters a figure from the time of the Old Religion.
5. "I fear you have rather too much stubble to be my wife."
6. One character forgets something rather important.
7. "Oh no! I've seen that face before!"
8. "********** is the most dangerous of all magical practices."
9. "WHAT WERE YOU DOING?!"
10. The episode ends on a huge cliffhanger! We can't wait to see what happens next...

The first one, this gives me hope about it, I was thinking the "love triangle" was going to be predictable and boring.
ReplyDeleteI'm guessing Lancelot forgets Merlin's secret, and necromancy is the "most dangerous of all magical practices".
The episode
ReplyDeletesounds like it is going to be great. Since I am going on the assumption that Morgana
is to blame for Lancelot’s resurrection, I think the character who forgets
something important is Gwen. She forgets Arthur and her feelings for him thanks
to more dark magic, thus the triangle with the twist. Lancelot who isn’t the real Lancelot and Gwen beguiled into
forgetting her feelings for Arthur.
This one is definitely going to be interesting...
ReplyDeletethis sounds FANTASTIC! Can't wait to see Lancelot again.
ReplyDeleteThere was a rumour back during filming that Lancelot is resurrected and under Morgana's control, while the evil witch herself takes over Gwen's body for that kiss we see in the promo for the series the other month.
ReplyDeleteYeah, def has to be 'necromancy' imo. I'm about to watch the episode, *is excited* I'll post some more teasers a bit later :)
ReplyDeleteDid I ever tell you how awesome/lucky you are? :P
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping that Lancelot is under Morgana's control so that his return is innocent and he is not trying to get between Gwen and Arthur. I think it is Arthur who forgets who he is (the king) and that is why he proposes. I don't think he has changed the idea of social standing enough to propose to a servant quite yet.
