    Dale's gone. DeMunn is a great friend of Darabont... Can see clearly why he would want to leave. 

    Plus, as much as people don't like Shane, Bernthal is getting some fantastic scenes to work in atm, surely he wouldn't want to leave!

    I'm quite sure Rick and Carl are safe for the entire show and I'd be shocked if they'd kill off Glenn any time soon.
    I've said it several times before, I think Shane will die in the season finale, but I wouldn't be surprised if they'd kill off Dale too.
