Dair Returns: While the Dan and Blair "friendship" has taken a backseat the past few episodes, this ship is still alive and well. In our most recent Spoiler Chat, we revealed that the sparks could be flying between these two again. Executive producer Josh Safran told us at the beginning of the season that "Dan definitely has feelings for Blair" and wouldn't have a new love interest any time soon, we're hearing the other half of this pairing may start rethinking her "there's nothing going on between us" stance. Surprised? Us too!

Sorry, Charlie!: We're guessing Charlie won't heed Diana's warning to stay away from her boytoy Nate. Why do we think this? Because Charlie's secret, you know, the fact that she's actually an actress named Ivy, is coming out! Yes, everyone will find out that she's been lying about who she is, but don't think that means she's leaving the UES. Ivy and Carol (Sheila Kelley) find a way to cover up their little mess. So yes, prepare for some more Charate/Narlie/Natlie/whatever the kids are calling Charlie and Nate these days.

    The Dair build-up is the slowest and the longest build-up on this show. Oh Dair ;) I can't wait but at the same time I hope they will close Chair and Derena chapters before Dair.

    Wahoo, Dair!  And the really great thing is that FOR ONCE they aren't rushing straight back at Chair.  They're taking their time, and fixing Chuck up a little.  Last night's apology was so necessary and such a great moment for them, that for the first time in over a year, Chair love flickered a little tiny bit in my shipper heart.  So if they actually push ahead with Dair and make a Chair that is somewhat functional a possibility at the same time ... well now, there's a triangle I'd actually care about. :D

    I hope that too! we all know that Blouis and Derena are done for good! and Chair IMO too! but we need to see it on screen and very clearly! :)

    I think everyone should stop hating on everyones ship. If you are a Chair fan that is cool and if you are a Dair fan thats cool as well. It shouldn't be really about who you think is "endgame" and then starting an argument about which ship is better. People can root for whatever couple they like and shouldn't have to be harassed if they are a Chair fan, a Dair fan, a Nair fan, or even a Lair fan... It shouldn't matter.

    I hate Charlie and Nate together, I really hate Nate with anyone, I actually really hate the way they portray Nate on the show altogether. His story lines are always so lame. I guess being a fan of the books, I was expecting him to be featured way more, more essential to the story. I guess that's why I don't like Chuck on the show because he was more a B character and comic relief and eventually, like Dan turns out to be gay. Now if Chuck and Dan end up together, there's something I could root for. So, serious!

    The second part of Gossip Girl's fourth season was dedicated by them to the relation between Dan and BlairAnd the second part of Gosisp Girl's fifth season also they are going to dedicate it to the relation of Dan and Blair!
     I am not interested in returning to see them same of the previous season

    And now I have just read that again the second part of the season they are going to dedicate to the relation of Dan and Blair
    Therefore it is the same history of the previous season. I do not want to return to see the same history of the previous season

    I don't hate Ivy and Nate together (much) but I think this isn't the right time for it.  The show should have been focusing on Ivy deepening her bond with her "family" since that's what is at stake if her secret comes out.

    whether you like chuck/blair or dan/blair if they spent four seasons of the show on chuck and blair they are not going to abandon that. even if dair has a brief tryst in this season it does not change the fact that blair is going to end up with chuck. they are nathan/haley, meredith/derek. if they were not meant to be in the gossip girl universe the writers would have abandoned them long ago. i think they are doing the whole dair thing simply to switch it up, not to change it up.

    Both news sound wonderful to me.. Dan's my favorite. And I really don't want them to let her go back to  Chuck again. eventhough it seems like he has grown to be a better man. I love the connection between Dan and Blair.
    as for Ivy and Nate. I don't think I've felt that anything was exciting about Nate's lovelife since Jenny. But this could be the thing I've been waiting for
