A lot of us fans have been hoping that Scott's dog - Dot will be making an appeareance on Five-0 soon (she is always on set with Scott while they are filming scenes) but it looks like it wont be happening. Lenkov has confirmed on his Twitter page that Dot wont be playing the Stray dog in the episode that Danno becomes the caretaker to in Episode 8.
Scott also mentioned that Dot is a perfectly well mannered trained dog as well in the commentary for E Malama in the Season 1 boxset of Five-0. If you are wondering what she looks like here's a picture of her below.

Dot is a beautiful dog. What a shame they won't use her. Maybe she doesn't have the right training for television.
