oh first one to comment! I'm so loving where this season is going! I cannot wait to see where the rest of the season takes us! Please let this epi air tomorrow night! *Go Texas Rangers*
i can't begin to express my excitement about this storyline!!! peter "winning" them back is going to be a heartbreaking yet extremely compelling process!!!
These two geniuses Pinkner and Wyman can put it in a way that makes me want to watch the rest of the season like right NOW :-D.
As I said under one of the earlier articles - the real fun begins now and I can`t wait to see how it unfolds. I`m so excited about those dialogs. The funny thing about Fringe for me is - even though I watch every set video, photo, read spoilers and watch videos like this, the final product is far better than I expected (even when I know some of the stuff in advance).
Looks like another heartbreaking season of Fringe. So excited though! And I'm happy that Peter has the same perspective as the viewers. It was like that in season 1 with him bringing every case down to an understandable and real way for the viewers to handle and now we are back here again and like the producers said, that Peter is in on the secret now while the others are in the dark. An interesting twist, yet similar circumstances. Love it, can't wait to see how it plays out!
It never ceases to amaze me just how much that Anna, John, and Josh are able to convey with just a mere glance... Peter's reaction to Walter not knowing him, and unspoken look that Walter gives in this piece is just amazing.
"Peter is the focal point." I love that! This whole mytharc sounds very intriguing and was a brilliant idea for the new season. I have never been more excited for Fringe.
OK wow Wyman, please tell me you don't primp in front of a mirror for half an hour to get that hair doo! All I have to do is wake up after a good night's sleep to achieve that effect.
Wow! So I wonder if Peter thinks he went to yet another universe, or if he realizes that it's the same one but a different timeline?
Damn Cardinals!!! Now we gotta wait yet another week, this has been tough!
I swear i'm gonna get into the machine so I can actually watch Fringe tomorrow. I'll come back and tell y'all how good it is...assuming I still exist afterwards.
FOX shouldn't release these videos when they make us wait for the episode for another week cause the wait is even more painful!!!
"She's been looking for sth her whole life and what she worked so hard to find with Peter in the old timelne is now non-existant so she is a very different person as well" So well said and so true!!!
I really love Fringe but i'm very disapointed with this season so far, that last episode was just boring. Yes Peter came back, ok that happened, but nothing else did for the entire episode.... I don't understand why they show these characters (that we know and love, including the alternate universe) for 3 seasons and then rewrite the hole thing and introduce us to new versions of them that I just don't care about. It's not like the alternate universe, because that makes sense for the story and we were being prepared for it since season 1.This is different and it's bad. I really miss the REAL Olivia, the REAL Walter, the one that was funny and loving and the center of this show....I don't care about these "new" versions because they don't make any sense to me...and I can´t understand if they are going back to their original form or if we are stuck with them...I´m sorry for thinking like this, because for what I've seen everyone seems very pleased with this season, but I'm very sad about it.
Have faith in these guys, then maybe you'll see a difference in the way you are viewing the show.
I totally understand where you are coming from, but this is just a plot device. The E P s know more than we do about their story, so the anticipation, and anxiety you are feeling in exactly the position they want you in so that when they flip the switch you'll be that much more pleased.
I have learned over the years two things. 1.) Things like this don't stick, there will be a twist of some sort to make right all of this. They didn't spend 3 seasons building their characterization just to totally discount it, so it has to be a red herring, or twist of some kind. 2.) It is Fringe, and it has always conveyed uneasy feelings, and made me squirm at the edge of my seat most episodes, so now is only par for the course.
Have faith that these guys are not just arbitrarily throwing out lines, plots, and episodes. There is a method to their madness, we just haven't been given the key to it yet.
Hope you are right, thank you for the answer! Fringe never dissapointed me before so I guess I will have faith, maybe the next episode will be better!:)
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
