John Lithgow dives deep into Dexter. Again:

After an award-winning turn as the zany Dr. Dick Solomon, an alien secretly studying human life on '3rd Rock From the Sun', John Lithgow stretched into the role of twisted serial murderer Arthur Mitchell, a.k.a. the Trinity Killer, on 'Dexter'. In this clip, he talks about the pleasures of playing against type.

  4. Lithgow was definitely the best nemesis they have had on the show, he was amazing and he raised Hall's level of performance imo.

  5. Nice! John Lithgow as Trinity is why Season 4 is my favorite and the best big bad on the show!

  6. Lithgow was great, but I never really got all that excitement about him and his role. Most of the season was really slow and not particularly gripping. It was okay, but for me definitely weaker than the previous 3 seasons.
