That doesn't seem like a good sign...
ReplyDeleteDoesn't sound good...
ReplyDeleteNooo... *sob* Just give me one full season of this show NBC, that's all I want, just 13 episodes. Please!
ReplyDeleteThis was one of my more anticipated series of the year. Not that I thought it would be a hit, but I found the actors and premise intriguing.
ReplyDeleteThis does not sound at all good to me....
You should mention that this hiatus was requested by the writers. They wanted more time to "get it right" because it is a "very challenging show", as showrunner Howard Gordon (also currently in charge of Homeland, that's a busy, talented man) said. The response of people at NBC and 20th Century Fox TV to the first episodes has been positive. This hiatus will last a couple of weeks, they will plot out the rest of the season, and then it's back on track, it'll still air this Spring, there's nothing to worry about here, folks !
ReplyDeleteWoooahhhh wait what? Unexpected!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the great update Bunky.
ReplyDeleteYeah that changes the tone of the story quite a bit....
ReplyDeleteFrom impending doom to just ominous clouds overhead.....
For a second I thought for good! I hope its for the best, it is a bit worrying though
ReplyDeleteI hope this one makes it cause this is one of the ones that looks really good this year.
ReplyDeleteIs there ever a case of something like this happening, at the request of the showrunner, and then the show isn't allowed to start back up? Or are they likely to fill the 12 episode order?
ReplyDeleteOh Jeez, I forgot he was behind Homeland too. This Gordon fellow should stay in the TV business I say.
ReplyDeleteI was really looking forward to this show but that doesn't seem like a good sign.
ReplyDeleteSame guy behind Homeland? That just makes me want this more. :< I really hope this is truly temporary.
ReplyDeleteThe same thing happened to V before it premiered. This show had the slimmest of chances for success in the first place. Talk about a nail in the coffin. R.I.P. Awake.
ReplyDeleteDoesn't sound good but if it was the showrunner's request that makes it slightly better. I thought Awake looked good so I hope it works out.
ReplyDeleteWell, this sucks. Why does all the shit happen to the good shows?
ReplyDeleteIt's not as bad as it seems, but anyway when something like this happen, it's always bad news.
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to this show so I hope everything works out.
ReplyDeleteIt's actually a good sign, means that the showrunners really care about the storyline of the series
ReplyDeleteThis show is the one I'm MOST waiting for! The teaser looked perfect and the premise is amazing. Let us hope it's not a bad sign. In fact since it's headed for mid-season and they've already got 5 episodes, I guess they CAN take a couple weeks to "retool". As long as it makes the show on par with what we know of it.
ReplyDeleteWHAT? NOOOOOOOOO *creys* Omg this is THE show I wanna watch this year. ~ just make it in a good movie ~
ReplyDeleteThe show is gonna AMAZING if its just one season. #Approuve
ReplyDeleteif this show doesnt work i wanna see what they shoot
