This was the perfect followup to the emotionally-heavy premiere. There were a ton of parallels to old episodes in this one too and the Elektra outfit/hair/training scene was great too.
Stana Katic was in Frank Miller's(Sin City) movie "The Spirit" and she also auditioned for the part of Elektra. Also, pretty sure the Avengers #1 was a nod to Joss Whedon directing The Avengers. These writers are always on their game.
^^; I don't know if that's because I watched too many episodse in a row, but this one was 'ok' to me, didn't find the same feeling I had when I was catching up....can't explain. Guess we'll see what happen next week.
I liked it! The plot was good, the scenes with Iron Gates were tensed and funny at the same time. I abolutely loved the comment "Either she grew a heart... or she doesn't want people to know that a mamber of the police was involved..." I also liked the very end of the episode, with the cute tension between Kate and Castle. It's nice to see how the writters manage to keep the love interest going on without putting it in our face constantly.
Also, this episode brought back the relationship Kate and Castle had in the middle of season 3, relationship that was missing in episode 1... :)
Yeah that episode was really amazing the writing was increadible and so is acting but that is always awesome. The dialogue was amazing and all of the scenes between the characters. The ending was amazing it is so obvious that Kate is hopelessly in love with Castle it is written all over her face and she is not even trying to hide it
I say it once and I will say it again this season is going to be EPIC!!!!!!!!
It was okay, although I can't believe the show pulled a Grey's Anatomy and had the subjects of the case of the week parallel what was going on between Castle and Beckett.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Just as good as I thought it would be.
