I think Kristen is getting her Fringe spoilers via Fox promos we all saw last week or so...
ReplyDeleteWell that SPN spoiler is waaaaaay old news. We heard about Dean's soul searching back at Comic-con. Identity searching is pretty much the same thing, different words.
ReplyDeleteIsn't that always how she gets her news? LOL! It's cringe worthy watching her interview any celeb too esp when it's like she's gushing all over them. Sometimes I think she repeats what is in the show promos b/c when she has a chance to interview someone from a show she acts like a fan girl and asks nothing. LOL!
ReplyDeleteNothing new here then. I don't know why I bother reading Kristins spoilers, the only thing spoiled about them is they stink because they are so old.
ReplyDeleteWell, after the fantastic season premiere, and the almost total lack of decent spoilers, I'm betting this season of Supernatural is going to knock our collective socks off. Can't wait for 7.02.
ReplyDeleteI so agree w/you!
ReplyDeleteI'm actually OK with the lack of decent SPN spoilers this season, its adding t the mystery, I'm a Sam girl who doesnt want his arc to be spoiled, I want to be surprised. I just hope after episode 4 he isnt left with nothing to do.
ReplyDeleteI'm with you, though I'm a Dean girl and there has been a massive shortage in spoilers for both brothers this season, but it's a good thing because the season premier was so awesome and maybe thats part of the reason. In any case I don't want anything good to be spoiled, and this article is like the majority of the spoilers have been this season, cryptic and generalized, so no alerts to anti-spoiler people.
ReplyDeletesometimes its better not to know doesnt stop the worrying about whether your fave character will be given anything to do or not but I find that sometimes reading too many spoiles just ruins the show for me. I'm going to read them then forget about them, just sit back and enjoy.
ReplyDeleteNot excited at all for this Supernatural plot line. Here's hoping it is resolved in one episode.
ReplyDeleteFringe scoop sounds far more promising.
Kristen is so obsessed with Glee, every week the first half is full of glee spoilers, and reused spoilers for other shows like Supernatural and TVD.
ReplyDeleteStefaaan :D is back ! :D
ReplyDeleteDean spent 4 years without Sam while he was in college and one year without Sam while he was in the pit. I would think that Dean would already know he is still a person and still has a purpose other than being Sam's keeper. Additionally, from the season opener he didn't seem all that concerned about Sam..what with the possibility of Castiel exploding and all. I think Dean (and Sam) of become use to his brother dying and it no longer hits as hard as it once used to.
ReplyDeleteRegarding SPN, the identity crisis part I get. They never catch a break and I can see why Dean is questioning why they keep doing what they do. But making this about taking care of Sam? This was addressed in seasons 2-5. I can't help wondering if the Sam part was Kristen's interpretation of what's happening and not something that she actually heard from someone on the show. Maybe she felt she hasn't been getting enough comments on her posts lately, and stirring up a Sam vs. Dean debate was a sure way to get a response.
ReplyDeleteThis was a disappointment. Seriously. Most of what she reworded has been known for a while. Ah, well.
ReplyDeletePruitt Taylor Vance's character on The Walking Dead has a name. It's Otis. I don't know why she couldn't look that up before she wrote that. I never liked her, anyway.
ReplyDeleteShe;s a Gleetard not a Fringie, never will be, wasn't a proper Lostie either, she should just stick to Glee, and dancing with the stars.
ReplyDeleteWhat else is knew? Like I said once before she should just stick to the Glee, and Fangirl shows. You know they say write what you know.
ReplyDeleteBecause she is the American Idol version of a writer and journalist, not a true one.
ReplyDeleteThe fringe spoiler is old, she just got it from the promo!! The more Glee spoilers I read the more I think I should stop watching! Can't believed there going to make out the Blaine is younger than Kurt, as this does not fit with the second season of the show! Also can not believe that the creators of Glee made such a fuss about not having a show where the kids are in school for way to many years, to than turn around and have huge inconsistency due to them suddenly write several cast member characters younger to keep in the show!
ReplyDeleteWhen Robert Singer said Dean's "soul-searching" arc was going to play out the first half of the season and now on top of this, I fear that all of Dean's "emo" (because I can't think of a better word... too tired and sick today) issues are going to gloss over the emotional focus and attention to Sam's character. I mean we haven't had real emotional focus or a real emotional arc for Sam since season 3. I'd like to be able to connect on an emotional level to Sam this season instead of sitting there and trying to do guesswork through Jared's nuances, facial tics, eye expressions and the sound of his voice through line delivery. I want to SEE Sam's emotions and hear them. I want to know what's going on his head and his heart for once, and hear him telling us what is. *sighs* Now that this has come out, I'm terrified it's just going to be trampled down and glossed over like it has Since S4...
ReplyDeleteI'm also very happy that Fringe is back and can't wait to see Anna Torv playing Olivia and Altlivia at the same time.
ReplyDeleteStefan's not back until halfway through the season? Dang. The EPs weren't kidding about his story being a slow burn.
ReplyDeleteI'm not too worried yet. Kristen is a journalist who is writing to the segment who has been the loudest. It doesn't mean the writers have forgotten about Sam. To be honest, I'd be perfectly happy if Sam's story this year is him gradually putting himself together again as a side development to whatever the big battle turns out to be. But that's not necessarily something spoilers would be written about. The only reason this Dean news is considered a spoiler is because a certain segment have been screaming for news about Dean's story.
ReplyDeleteAnd I'd like Sam to be gradually rebuilt to us, the fans. We need to know what motivates him now, what he thinks of his past and future, why he gets up in the morning, and why he ended up fractured in season 6. A lot of the answers to these questions changed when he jumped into the cage, so Sam's character basically needs to be recreated. Again, not spoiler material but important if we're supposed to care about these characters.
I've watched the show off and on for the past few seasons, but this is the first that I'm really enjoying it. Maybe I like Stefan bad.
ReplyDeleteI don't mind Stefan being bad either. It's Klaus that I don't care for.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I get what you're saying. I just can't help but feel worried that any emotional focus that Sam could get will be glossed over once again by Dean's emotional issues. We haven't had any emotional focus on Sam as a character since S3... S4, S5, and S6 were all devoid of any emotional focus or attention for the character. I don't want that to happen again because I don't want to feel emotionally detached from him like I did this past season.
ReplyDeleteI hear you. I won't be happy either if that's how this season starts shaping up.
